Absolutely amazing. Even from the very initial contact with their office I knew they were the ones. After speaking with a couple of offices and getting a pretty standard "when can you come in for an appointment" exchange with the staff, Dr. Behmand's office stood out immediately. The patient coordinator, Ashley, actually engaged me in conversation. She was professional, polite, asked questions about what I was interested in, and worked to find a time for a consult. The consult was $75, which was put toward the surgery if you went with them, which I did. Every interaction with Ashley and the office from that moment on was prompt, friendly, and professional. When I went in to meet Dr. Behmand the first time, he sat with my husband and I and felt his warmth immediately. He stayed with us for at least an hour, never made us feel as if he was in a rush. He was so calm and genuine. We talked about a number of possibilities and options, but never felt steered or pushed toward anything. He had such a depth of knowledge and you knew from talking to him he was realistic, down to earth, talented and precise. Ashley worked up at least 6 quotes with various combinations of procedures so we knew exactly what to expect financially and could pick what works for us. Once we decided and made our deposit, I had a million questions over the next 6 months which Ashley always responded to immediately. The day of the procedure I felt so safe with Dr. Behmand. He is so calm and so knowledgable you just know you're in the best hands. Even one of the nurses at the hospital said to me "oh you're a Behmand patient? He is so incredibly meticulous. If I could ever get a surgery done, it would be with him!" He lived up to this reputation in every possible way. His standards are so high and the entire staff clearly knew that and followed suit. I went into the OR with confidence. He followed up with my husband after the surgery (I was still out of it). At my first post op appointment, he still had the same calm demeanor. He gave me all the time I needed to ask questions. Finally he and the staff sent a thank you card following my surgery, which was a nice touch.
