Feeling great!
I still have some swelling in my lower back and soreness in my flanks but things are looking great! I went on a trip that involved a LOT of kid-carrying and walking with no problems other than when they kicked me in a treated area... Oof.
...but apparently it's mostly swelling!
Dr. Beck said there is probably a bit of liquid in there but he thinks it's mostly swelling, and he recommended lymphatic massage. I had my first today, and it was very interesting; not so much a massage in the deep-tissue way that I usually view it, but instead like someone is gently moving your skin. I had more mobility than I had on previous days afterwards, and I'm going to have another session with her on Thursday. :)
