That was my first visit to Dr. Hessler, I wanted a little bit botox in crows feet area and was open to any other suggestions. I didn't have much experience with any cosmetic procedures, I had botox in my crows feet only once before at different office and wasn't crazy about result, it felt awkward to smile and it looked a bit weird too, I suppose it was too much botox and it was my first time, so I didn't know what to ask for and what to expect
So based on my prev experience, I told Dr. Hessler that I don't want to eliminate my crows feet wrinkles completely, I like them, but want to smooth them a bit and my upper eyelids need a bit support, they are getting more droopy with age and getting horribly wrinkled when I smile, that drives me nuts (no, definitely not ready for eyelid surgery yet :))
Dr. Hessler also suggested fillers in cheekbone area to lift/plump it a little bit for younger look
I am very happy with results, it was painless, no swelling, no bruising
Before and after difference is very subtle, very natural, exactly the way I wanted it, I still have my own (not frozen) smile but without upper lids wrinkling (I think upper lids are lifted a tiny bit too)
Dr. Hessler is awesome, I definitely recommend!
P.S. If you have never done botox/fillers before, then less is indeed more, start with smallest amount possible and see what happens
