I'm so ready to be rid of the apron on my lower...

I'm so ready to be rid of the apron on my lower stomach, I also am excited to see my belly button after years of it being hidden in a fold of fat.

I chose my doctor because he seemed to be the only local PS that still performs an anchor lift which I think will give me the best results. I have my pre op scheduled for June 26th it still seems surreal. I'm not nervous, but I am in disbelief that the day has finally come that I can have these procedures

Surgery Nerves....... It's a thing

So I've been anticipating this day for a while, it's my "Surgeries Eve" as my sweet daughters friend Charlie said. I have not truly slept well in days. I'd lie awake at night contemplating my results. Scouring realself for before and after a and reading everyone else's reviews from beginning to end. I've been most afraid of the pain.

Quite honestly I've been telling myself for months that, I've had a C-Section. I have a good idea of what this pain will be like..... but the truth is I've been scared out of wits thinking of the early days of the pain.

I made my peace with this last night and today I am beyond excited ???? I have never had the confidence of a flat stomach or perky breasts and I can't wait to see what that's like.

Something's I've done to prepare for surgery: I started vitamin C (double dose) 2 weeks prior to surgery along with Vitamin E 400 IU, a daily women's multi (again double dose) a probiotic blend to help combat constipation, and an herbal blend called colon cleanse (again to help flush out toxins and remain regular going into surgery) I use Prairieville Pharmacy (if you're local to the BR area) the Pharmacist here is AH-mazing!!!

I had him order silicone scar treatment sheets for to begin scar therapy once my surgeon clears me for treatment.

I also ordered a Faja with an ab board and foam inserts for compression and to help combat swelling. I'll be attaching the images of the items I purchased. I'm 5'4" wearing a 10-12 depending on size/stretch/cut and I weigh 175. My measurements are 44" 35" 42" I have an hour glass and hope to keep it after the surgery, just smaller ????

Faja and an board I mentioned in previous post

I hope these help, I will certainly post my opinion on their helpfulness post surgery

Overall rating

Dr. Cox's experience sold me on choosing I'm as well as seeing his results on my children's stepmom who looks amazing after her TT. I also loved his willingness to be frank and not promise me rainbows. I am realist and expect to be told realistic expectations. I have to have my BA 3 months post lift. Dr. Cox said that was safest and would give me best results ***UPDATE*** Dr. Cox's bedside manner is exactly what I'd hoped for when I began my search. He was kind, compassionate, understanding and had the same vision for my body as I did. He surpassed my expectations for my breasts. I feel so much more confident about my breasts, I finally love them. He does amazing work. Dr. Cox is very professional, caring, and confident in his ability. I felt as though he was realistic about the outcome and was very attentive to recommending what he felt would give me the best outcome. I couldn't have asked for a better Dr. my results speak for themselves
