Dr williams and his staff were awesome. His facilities are clean, they (employees) are friendly and welcoming. So far the outcome looks great. I now have a waist and even if my swelling never goes down (which I know it will) I look much better than I did pre surgery. I cannot wait to see the finished, healed outcome in a 6 to 9 months.

I'm a few days post op and I feel crappie. My tummy is upset, I can't sleep because I'm uncomfortable from swelling in my lower back. I had upper lower abs, flanks and upper lower back done. Anyone have any real suggestions on how to over come the discomfort of the swelling I'm miserable. The process from what I remember was decent. It's just being home with swelling I don't like

Ok then be prepared. Along with the swelling with mine after 3 to 4 weeks I started getting symptoms of dysthensia which is a pulling, tightening, soreness, and burning sensation to my abdomen and flanks. Probably the most painful feeling I ever experienced. It's where your sensory nerves are healing. If you should happen to get this call your dr immediately. I was prescribed Gadapentin and hydrocodone. I wished I was told that this could happen. I was down for two weeks. I couldn't eat I couldn't sleep I couldn't relax I couldn't take care of my kids it was horrible. But I will say it gets better thank God just take it easy and try to think positive. Hopefully your swelling goes down soon.

Find someone to give you lymphatic massages. Get lots of pillows. Go to the health food store and get arnica pellets and bromelain. It's a process.....hang in there!
