New Size

Tits_McGee12
Last weekend I got professionally fitted. Since my BR, I've only worn bras that come in generic sizes (S, M, L). I've tried on several bras in the C and D range from Walmart but haven't found any to fit.

After being measured, I was so disappointed to be handed 36E bras to try on. I was even more disappointed when they fit so well. I was really hoping for a D at the largest. The sales lady put it all into perspective by mentioning that I did go down 5 bra sizes. I suppose that enough consolation.

When i look at myself in the mirror, I really can't believe I'm measuring a 36E. My breasts seem so small. M y husband says I look proportionate and anything smaller could possibly look odd on me. I will just continue to rejoice in the relief from back, neck , and shoulder pain and try not to focus too much on my new size.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! It sounds like we have had very similar journeys. I was also a 36j. At 8 weeks I was measured at a 38DDD(same as 36E) I was devistated. I'm at almost 12 weeks now. I need a strapless bra for a wedding and am stressing. Victoria's Secret measured me at 38D but once I tried bras on, we were once again left with 36DDD. Almost DD. My husband kindly reminded me that for as long as I've known him, I couldn't purchase anything from that store except bittoms. Some perspective sure helps! You look great.

I had my first consultation. My surgeon informed me the smallest I could realistically hope for was a D. While I was hoping for a C, anything less then my extremely pendulous HH's will be helpful in everyday life. Thank you for posting the various stages of your recovery.

Things seem to be going well. All of my incisions have healed. I am very happy with my results. I have experienced a huge relief in my back, neck, and shoulder pain, and my clothing fits much better.
