Hi! I am just starting my BA journey. I am so happy I found this site. I have been enjoying reading other women's experiences with BA. I have been on the smaller side. My breasts were a 32 AA . I am 5'6" 115lbs. I have been obsessed with breasts every since I was very young. I can remember waiting for my breasts to develop. All my girl friends were growing these big full breasts & mine weren't. By the age of 16 I was ready but my body wasn't cooperating. At age 17 I had my first child straight out of highschool. I got pregnant with my second 5 months after giving birth. I now have 4 children. I have breastfed all 4. I just finished breastfeeding my youngest 4 months ago. I breastfed her 2 yrs. While breastfeeding my breasts were a full C and I was in love! They were full, firm & so perky. But now that I am not breastfeeding they have shrunk back to a small 32 A. I miss having full breasts. So I have decided to reward myself for breastfeeding 4 children with a breast augmentation. I had my first consult Friday . It went very well. The surgery center was gorgeous and the nurses were so sweet. Trying on all the sizers was so much fun. Just being in the room with all those silicon implants was exciting! I looked at the before & afters and decided on placement & incision. The doctor came in & measured me and answered a my questions. He has 30 yrs experience and I feel completely confident in his skills. I paid my deposit & scheduled my surgery. My pre-op is Jan 31st & my surgery date is Feb.16. It will be so hard to wait 6 months! I am incredibly excited & will be posting about my experience. I am still trying to decide my size. I am debating between a small D or a full D. I will be getting either 450-500 CCs sientra silicone high profile under the muscle with areola incision.

Looks like we have pretty similar body types! I'm excited to follow your journey and glad you posted on mine! Do you know what your BWD is?

Thank you! I am trying to find other girls with similar body types because I think it really helps to see their results & get a really good idea of what mine will be . so obviously I was super excited when I found your posts. My BDW is 12.5-13. That's why my PS suggested HP and I actually would have chosen it anyway because I love the look of them.

I completely agree with that and have tried to do the same! =) Do you know the diameter of your implant? I think my BWD is 11 on the right breast and 11.5 on the left breast but I measured them myself because my PS does not do that measurement for breast augmentation. He only does it for lifts I guess. Since I measured them myself I cannot be 100% sure they are totally accurate but I think I have it pretty close. I was leaning towards 450 cc but since my BWD is smaller I have kind of backed down to 400 cc. I like the look of HP as well!

Im 29 yrs, 5’4 115lbs mommy of 5. My bwd 11 / 11.5 just got 525cc mentor smooth round hp unders. Went from flat chest to atleast 34dd. Havent got fitted yet as im only one wk post. Initially i was leaning towards the 450cc mark. Then i just knew i wanted 500cc. I thought i was certain that would be my size but the day of surgery I asked for 525cc. My ps wasnt sure if all that was going to fit but it did! Thats about the only thing I remember him saying when i woke from the Anastasia.

If you don't mind me asking, do you have stretch marks on your boobs from bf? I have my consult in a couple weeks, and was trying to figure out if this is gonna be an issue. I don't have anything deep or dark, but I know they're there

Hi, I had light stretch marks on mine and I can barely see them after they've been stuffed and stretched to capacity!! Lol my PS was worried I might get some after but I'm 5 months post and no new ones - I was 34a 1 child, I had 325cc HP overs and am now 34d. Hope this helps as its good to get comparisons! I want to say thank you to all the amazing girls who have been so helpful. I am enjoying watching everyone's journey. It's amazing to see how the breast change over such a short period of time. I am very excited and super ready to start this journey. I am thinking of moving my surgery date up to November. I am posting pictures of my breasts while breastfeeding i loved how big and full they were. If I could have that size all the time i wouldnt even be going in for BA. Also posting some wish boobs pics.

I know I'm only three weeks post . I went 520 cc under the muscle. When I'm in clothes I don't feel big at all. But a swim suit or bra they are looking nice. Sometimes I wish I went bigger because in dresses or cute [RS bleep] you can't like really really tell. So I'm hoping they heal good. Just make sure you choose the right sizers I liked the 480/540 so I went in between because I want a natural look as well.
