Crap!

I realized I forgot to mention that the Careprost that I ordered online with a company in India, it arrived within a week! And they also gave me two tiny eye liner brushes. If this product gives me the same results as the Latisse I've been using, I will probably always order from this overseas company.

Oops forgot to mention the eyebrows!

How could I forget about the eyebrows? I have been applying leftover product on to my eyebrows the entire duration. I noticed thicker and darker eyebrows by week 3. Right around the 5 week mark is when I began to see a lot of new hair growth in areas that I've tweezed/waxed for years. So I would say to expect to see significant eyebrow growth at around 5-6 weeks. Now, at almost 8 weeks..they are about 70% on their way to being like they were before I EVER touched my eyebrows (when I was probably 19??) I would say before I started Latisse my eyebrows were only 50% of what they used to be. SO definitely an improvement there!

Last year I went nuts with makeup and almost ruined my skin. More is not better, I learned. This year my goal is to go as natural as I possibly can and I have to say, not having to wear layers of mascara has shortened my everyday getting-ready ritual. And due to a new skin regime, I now only need to wear my MAC concealer and mascara. Ok and maybe some Nars products! I love my Nars South Beach blush stick and Benefit Watts Up stick. But that's it! The eyelashes TAKE OVER my face. I never wore falsies; I hate the way the feel. But I always wished I had longer and thicker lashes so my eyes would pop more. My eyes have always been my best feature so finally having my dream eyelashes NATURALLY, makes me one happy beeyotch :) And now that my eyebrows are finally taking off, I couldn't be happier with my results so far.

I'm 3 days shy of my 8 week mark of using Latisse....

I still have about 35% left in my 5mL bottle of Latisse. After that runs out, I will switch to Careprost.

I finally uploaded my pics on my other review I have on this site, so soon I will upload the pics for this review. My phone was tripping for a few weeks! Couldn't sync my emails and all my pics are on my phone. Issue resolved though, pics coming soon! I want to make sure I have them presented in sequence starting from week 1. And the pics have the dates embedded in them so I have to sort them out. Sorry for the wait!

Anyway, eyelashes are still growing. The lower lashes are finally starting to show a significant increase in length and volume. My upper lashes WHOA. They are so long, I can only imagine what the full 16 weeks will look like. I'm barely halfway there! As mentioned in my previous update, the outer lashes are ridiculously curly. I'm thinking maybe this is because I tend to sleep on the sides of my face (face all in the pillow lol). They've always been kinda curly but they were never really all that noticeable because they weren't long. But it makes it hard to apply mascara! I need to find that mascara brush that is a ball and I can apply the mascara from the top instead of the bottom. I think I can get that at Sephora? Can't remember. If anyone knows where I can get mascara that comes with the ball brush applicator, let me know please! Otherwise, I'm loving the results. I have bambi eyes now lol My man still stares at me, trying to figure out what I did different on my face. So funny. Plus I started a new skin regime about 8 weeks ago as well and my skin has been looking super dewy and smooth. I should do a review on that since I got the idea for it right here on RS :) Can you tell I love this site haha.

Question: Has anyone switched from Latisse to Careprost with no days missed? If so, can you share your experience? Have a fabulous weekend ladies!
