I have rolling scars on my chin area and a large oval scar on my forehead that has ruined my self confidence.
I am on my 2nd treatment, spaced 6 weeks apart. I have been told it can take 4-6 months for the improvements to be noticeable.
My intial session was on January 28th. The pictures are after 2 treatments 2 months has past. The improvement is very slight so far. I'm sorry I don't have before pics, but I will up date going forward.
I am only getting the actual scars treated not my whole face.
The forehead area is very painful even with numbing cream applied. But I am able to apple makeup over the redness the next day. I am also using growth factors for 3 days after treatment.

There is a Clinic called Divine Secrets they also provide Micro-Needling Services.

It takes about 4 mos. after each treatment to see the final results of each treatment. So you will see the final results of your LAST treatment 4 months later. I've had 5 microneedling treatments thus far and now see the results of 2 of them. It does work, but you'll need to be patient. The scar on your forehead will likely still need a bit of filler after you're done with the microneedling.

If you haven't prepaid for your sessions, save your money and go straight to filler for your forehead scar. Speaking from experience here. Good luck!

But voluma is pricy as well (like around $800 a syringe) and lasts a max of two years. If she can decrease the scar, she decrease the amount of Voluma used.

I'm going in for co2 laser surgery in a few days. The Dermapen didn't give the results I wanted. As for fillers, because of the location on my forehead. They cannot use a filler. I'm going ahead with the laser (it's not fractional, I'm actually being put under general anesthetic). After I have healed I will consider scar revision.

Juverderm can help fill up the scar on your forehead. I've done it to mine and it works. You just need the right cosmetic surgeon. Also be VERY careful with lasers because it can damage healthy skin cells.
Be VERY careful with your skin doctors will make you believe that there is something to help with scarring. The truth is LASERS DO NOT take scars away its ALL a lie! You are beautiful the way you are. If that indentation on your forehead bothers you get it filled by a great doctor.

I did too, I had erbium and it made scars all over my face. Fat loss too so I went for fat transfer then they hit me up with ipl for redness and it made more scars. Still dealing with them 10yrs later. Just using filler and needling from now on. The only one I heard might help is called the recosma but it's not in the US yet.

Nikki- I saw before and after pics of a scar on a woman's forehead which looked just like yours. It was permanently corrected to 90-95% by Dr. Sires using saline injections. Best of luck to you.
