I had fat grafting to fix bad liposuction of gluteal crease. It has been almost 9 months since my fat grafting and I am posting some new pictures. I will have second fat grafting in 2-3 months to fix it completely

Dr was very honest with me. He told me that he cant make it perfect in one fat transfer but that he will try his best to make the most of it. And he also told me that he wants to see me again in 6 months. That showed me that he cares.

What kind of revisions did he do? For the revisions did he liposuction the area again and then also fat graft? I am trying to understand what he did exactly to correct the gluteal fold? Where did he put the fat? I have gluteal folds now where I did not have gluteal folds before my liposuction, but my doctor says he can't really do anything to improve the ugly folds. Where did he inject the fat to take away the fold? I think it looks great and wish I could get mine corrected!

Hello, he took the fat from my left thigh and a little bit from my right thigh, and put it in gluteal fold (undernath the gluteus)

Hi I had the same think ...I will post my final results in may...how many time y need fat transfer to correct it?have y ever thought to put a filler for best results?I am thinking of it...y look great!

I had a very bad liposuction 6 months prior to fat transfer. I had my right banana roll liposuctioned which caused a dent in my leg and made my right buttock saggier. I was searching for help and I found a wonderful dr in Barcelona, in Spain (i am from Europe). He helped me (I will have another fat grafting in couple months because a dent is still a little visible but this is it for now).

Hi, looks good now. But you are very slim, where did he found the fat to correct your problem ? I have kind of the same problem, in worst in my opinion, i have a hollow that i need to put fat in it, to correct it, but surgeon tell me i'm too slim, i don't understand, i'm thicker than you

Sorry I'm not the original poster but saw your comment. Have you looked at Arthur Tijandra? He does lipo on very slim women and fat transfer etc. He has lots of videos on youtube. Good luck ..

Hi, sorry for the late answer. I am slim but I always had thick thighs so my surgeon balanced my lower body with my upper body by taking fat from my thighs.
