Photos were taken a day before my period came so my abs and lower abs look puffy (I am sure some of you can relate to this). So far, I really love the result. I have some stiffness on my arms sometimes but my abs are fine.

Sorry that I haven’t been updated at all. I have so much works. Here’s photos of my arm and my abs. These were taken on Feb 15 and Feb 20 respectively. I get on just fine. If I do heavy exercise, sometimes my abs are swollen but if I put the garment on overnight, I’m totally fine next morning. I can do heavy excuses and weight lifting with no problem.

Post Op Day 2 - 6
I was very sore from Day 2 to Day 5. I leaked to around Day 3 post op. I could walk almost comfortably but sitting and standing weren’t so comfortable. Still swelling at this stage. I worked from home during this time but went to clinic for dressing almost everyday. I went back to work in office on Day 6. Bruises were still visible. There wasn’t much to tell at this time because everyday was almost the same — only pain that’s been improved.

Hi how much was the cost of the procedure in bangkok please?

It really depends on where do you want it done and how much fat that can take out. My surgeon insisted I go meet him in person to determine how much fat could be taken out so I really can’t say. I spent 120,000THB in total.
