I have done Vaser Lipo exactly 25 hours prior to this writing.

Firstly, I would like to say that I am not so sure if I have what it takes to do it again. I was planning on doing it again in about 6 months in different parts of my body, however, after all the pain which I have been through, I am not quite sure. As for my body, people call me slim or fit. I am 115Ib, 5"7, waist 24", hip 36" but I had a bigger legs than the rest of my body. Current pix seems to be swollen and my thighs don't look smaller but I am waiting for it to get better soon :)

I have done two areas which are front thighs and the back thighs. Doc made 4 incisions on each thigh & I did local anesthesia in total of 8 points. They were stingy but they are bearable for me. Before the procedure was done, my doc asked me if I want to do the general anesthesia & sleep throughout the procedure, however, since she also told me that there are people who are doing it without the general anesthesia, I declined the offer. The procedure were divided into 3 steps. I am not so sure whether I am correct or not, however, I will share according to how I understand. Step 1 was to use the looooong needle through the incisions which the doc had made and insert saline solutions (maybe mixed with some other solutions). This was painful but quite bearable pain on my left leg, however, my right leg was in great pain when the procedure was being carried on.

Step 2 was the step where same length of needle but the different purpose of needle gets injected. I think this is where they divides the fats which are in my thighs. To be honest, this part became quite unbearable especially on my right thigh. I started to regret whether I should have asked for the general anesthesia. I tried not to scream so I had to bite my teeth. The pain wasn't horrible all the way through, but there were times during procedure which I have felt great pain.

The 3rd step was the part where the doc performed suction of lipo. To be honest, right leg was so much more painful than the left leg throughout the procedure. I think it's because maybe maybe the first step which is the insertion & distribution of the saline solution was not enough?!?

Anyways, it's been approximately 25 hours since the procedure was performed. Last night I had pain which in a way was bearable but my inner thigh was pinching and painful whilst the corners of the back thighs was in a great pain. All the other incisions made were also painful but it was quite bearable. In addition, overall pain comes n goes so I took medication which doctor had given me and also took 2 Tylenol in every 2 hours. A lot of blood combined with saline solution was coming out of the wound especially in the outer knees and the back thighs. These four points were the most painful parts. The nurse had put a bandage around my thighs really tight. I could feel that the skins of the thighs are not even and reminds of Michelin according to the each layers of the bandages. She made them really really tight and my calves are swollen up. This part is understandable.

HOWEVER, my concerns begin from here. My bruising have pain according to the layers, there are lumps and the skins are very hardened. Due to the tight dressing of the bandages, my inner thighs have burned. I am wondering if this is normal and it will go away. I am very worried. I think it could be majorly due to the way the bandage was wrapped. The nurse told me that I should wear the supporting wear for the thighs from the 3rd day. The elastic support wear for the thighs are actually the ones which they went to buy from the pharmacy. The normal ones which they sell for the people who play sports or sth like that.

My questions:
1. Will my lumpy layers of skin be gone?
2. Is it safe to be wearing bandages in such ways?
3. Will the support wear for thighs given my doc which was bought from the pharmacy enough or good for the actual support for my thighs?
4. Will the lumpy layers be helped with the support wear?
