5 year update
It has been 5 years and I’m still pleased. The sigmoid colon procedure is the truth. I thank God everyday that I was fortunate to have had surgery with Dr. Kamol.
When preparing for this surgery ladies, be sure to prepare your body for the physical demands the surgery will pose to your body. Your BMI must be within the proper parameters of healthy. I did not eat for 6 days post-op. The following thirty days of recovery, I ate a strict diet of low fiber foods, no bulky meals, and no spicy foods. Dilation was irritating but necessary for the health of my new daughter (vagina). There is no foul smell. The discharge subsides after about six months. The vagina is juicy after sex but that within normal limits of cis vaginas.
Im sorry for the delay in my update, but I honestly forgot about this post. It was not until helping another girl in recovery that I decided to explore this profile and my comments, and I find that my review was challenged by another community member, who sought to malign Dr. Kamol’s name thus my experience with allegations of bias and racism, which she later retracted. Shame on you.
This surgery changed my life. I’ve been working on my life and have not thought about my procedure in terms that would “other” my experience.
This profile remains photo less and myself in stealth because of the lifestyle that I lead. I do not live the 2020 transparency that some women choose. There is plenty of photo documentation online cataloging Kamol’s talent.

Ladies, I'm beyond amazed with this magical...
Ladies,
I'm beyond amazed with this magical place called Kamol Cosmetic Hospital. I'm not even sure where to begin, but lets start with the man himself Dr. Kamol. I know that ever girl loves her surgeon, but do they love him and everything that he has to offer??? I often joked with the staff at Kamol Cosmetic Hospital by stating that "Dr. Kamol was my new father," but let me just say this, Dr. Kamol may not be my biological father, but her is the father of vaginas, and he and his staff are the future in transsexual care!
The facility runs with competency of a well oiled machine! There are various departments of people whom are polite, attentive, and eager to help you. I arrived in Bangkok on August 3rd 2015. I met the hospital's driver at the Starbucks on the third level on the airport BBK. He was very polite. He took my luggage and escorted me to his car. We talked about various topics from Thai culture to American culture. When I arrived at the hospital I was greeted by my agent Pichet. Pichet has been my contact person since my first email. I was happy to find him as pleasant in person as I did threw email. I was shown to my apartment and given time to freshen up before touring the facility.
My surgery was scheduled for August 5th, so I arrived on the 3rd for some preliminary blood work, x-ray, and a examination from Dr. Kamol. Each and every person that I encountered during the various tests that I went through were pleasant and positive. After going through the registration process and tests I was introduced to the man himself Dr. Kamol. He was pleasant and full of smiles. In my opinion Dr. Kamol is a man of few words, but when he spoke I felt the honesty in his words. He spoke with certainty and the confidence of a man that is a leader in his field. There was no pomp and circumstance, or in other words there were no false promises or vague phrasing when he spoke. He was honest and blunt about what I could expect from one of the various penile techniques with what little skin I had to offer. I informed him that I was interested in the Sigmoid Colon graft, and he agreed that in my case, that this technique would be a better fit for me, and my expectations from SRS. He answered my 101 questions about the surgery and any future side effects. He explained the restricted meal plan that I would be on for the next few weeks. He also detailed my recovery and after care for the next few weeks. Overall, Dr. Kamol was honest, he informative, but most importantly he was clear with the details.
Now lets talk about a few other things:
The facility is just as advertised. This is a multi-level modern building that is well manicured and secured. The staff are extremely friendly, and when I say the staff I'm including each person I met from housekeeping, to the nurses, to the doctors. This place is solely a cosmetic hospital. Therefore, there will be no babies being born, nor will there be any brain or heart surgeries happing in the facility. You will be surrounded by people who have come from various parts of the world to add a touch of beauty and other enhancement into their lives.
However, before I go I would like to send a special thank you out to the following: Pichet, for always having a answer to my 1001 questions and friendly conversation, Kashif, for his many answers as well and for the jokes and entertainment, Ms. Eileen for every hug and all the compassion offered (she held my hand while I was in a bit of pain when I was in the hospital ward, I will never forget that,) Ms. Janice and Ms Oii are the nurses that cared for me in the after care facility. Those two ladies are friendly, informative, and they did not mind any of strange vaginal hygiene questions.
Ultimately choosing a surgeon for SRS or plastic surgery in general is a really difficult decision. However, I hope that you take a moment to factor Dr. Kamol into the equation. From my lips to your ears, Dr. Kamol is in a class of his own, and with a facility filled with a caring staff that just puts double icing on the cake.
P.s I will be posting later in more detail about my healing and my experience with SRS 3 Sigmoid Colon Graft as I get some time under my belt. However, so far so good I feel amazing. I'm currently vacationing throughout Asia with my bestie.

Provider Review
Dr. Kamol
My interactions with Dr. Kamol exceeded my expectations. He spoke truthfully. He was very detailed and clear when he spoke about the SRS procedure and what could be expected from the various options that he offered! I love what he did for me and I will see him again in the future for other procedures.
