Today was the day I got to get my first full look at the boobs :)
All looks good. Obviously they're going to change massively over the next few weeks with swelling and massage etc. But I was so anxious to make sure they wouldn't look too big. I'm delighted with the size. Tried on some clothes and I look the same but with no padding required and a nice cleavage. I've attached pics from today but haven't got my pre-ops to compare with as these are on my laptop. Suffices to say I was quite flat, particularly in the upper half of the breast. So I feel that has been really nicely corrected. Delighted :)

Woke up feeling a little tight, which resolved once I started moving around. Then have had absolutely No pain all day. Not taking any pain meds. Considering sleeping tablet... But mainly to knock me out so I will sleep on my back!
Tiring very easily though, not helped by the extremely warm temperature.
Post-op appt tomorrow so will upload pics afterwards.

Take that sleeping pill, girl! Good luck at your post-op. Thanks for the info on the vitamins. I will definitely be adding those to my list of things to get. Hope your energy levels pick up soon.
Congratulations! Hope you feel a little better with each day that passes. Here is a link to other members who have gotten (or are getting,) their BAs in Thailand this year. Keep us posted!

Hi all, I have used this website so much in...
Hi all,
I have used this website so much in preparation for my BA that I wanted to give something back about my experience. I have wanted BA for as long as I can remember-whilst I have a small frame, which I wanted to keep, I lacked any volume on the upper part of my breast. I wear a SUPER PADDED 32b- I really wanted to maintain the same silhouette without the need for padding.
So after a lot of humming & hawing, I decided to go for it.
Two days ago I had 250cc and 275cc (one boob bigger than the other) Mentor Moderate plus implants inserted under the muscle, with incision in breast crease.
I had surgery at 7am and woke up in recovery at 8.30 talking absolute gibberish to my fiancé :). After staying here for a while, I went up to my hospital room. I was absolutely numb for most of the day. I had a surgical bra and compression strap thing in place. I was quite nauseous and vomited a few times but had no pain.
By late evening, the local anaesthetic was wearing off and i was uncomfortable but I really thought it would be MUCH worse. The best way I can describe the pain was muscular cramping in your chest. I had intermittent burning sensation in my right nipple (which ironically was numb to touch). I asked for some IV pain relief & a sleeping tablet and slept from 11pm to 7am. Next morning I was discharged home, similar level of discomfort/spasms. Also developed back pain from sleeping position I think? Day 3 post op today- feeling mostly good- just chest spasms and weakness and back pain. I'm gonna get a heat pack for that today. Had a quick peek at boobs and I have not got one bruise (yet!)
I took high potency Vit C and Milk thistle pre and post surgery as well as a good multi-vit which I'm convinced have really helped my speedy recovery.
That's my story to date. I have a post-op appt in two days and I'll post a pick then.
If your at the stat of your journey, I just want to tell you- it really isn't that bad & it's completely worth it to get your dream boobs

Sounds like everything went well. What's the story behind the high potency vitamin C and the milk thistle? How much do you take and is the milk thistle a capsule or tea. I had surgery earlier this year and swore by arnica, tumeric, bromelain, and smooth move tea.
Also, do you think you will post pictures? I'm having the same implant and am curious as to how yours looks. Happy healing!
Hi 4 Babies,
Vit C is antioxidant so helps with clearing to ins generated by trauma of surgery. Whereas milk thistle detoxifies the liver, preventing damage caused by pain killers (particularly Tylenol) and anaesthetics. It comes in both capsule and tea (I took capsules). Milk thistle was 700mg, 3 times a day. Vit c was 1000mg, once daily. I will definitely post a picture tomorrow after my follow up when I will hopefully be in a sports bra. [RS bleep]

Happy to hear it went so well for you good luck and all the best
