My BA with Dr Pornthep Pungrasmi - Bangkok, Thailand

So... Its been 10 years since I had my BA in Thailand with Dr Pornthep.
When I was researching my BA, I struggled to find any reviews that were more than 6 months to a year post op so I though I would document my progress periodically in case anyone else was looking for long term post op reviews.

At this point I am honestly amazed at my results. Dr Pornthep did a brilliant job and my results are still as good as the day that I had the procedure. I have had absolutely no problems, no sagging, no double bubble or capsular contracture, no issues at all.

I was initially concerned about long term effects on my health, potential infections and medium term changes to the look and/or feel and I can happily say that I have not experienced any of that. The Mentor implants (600cc, details in my original review) that I received still feel wonderful and soft, no hardening or unusual lumpiness at all. I have had some hard impacts on my breasts over the past 10 tears due to accidents and falls but there has been no rupturing or leaking. The implants have held up incredibly well.

When I first got my implants I read a lot of advice here and elsewhere about implants having a 10 year lifespan and to have them changed out after 10 years. To be honest, if I had had any problems I probably would have considered getting them replaced but at this point I don't feel the need. I am still 100% happy with the implants, my results and Dr Porntheps work so I will finish this review by saying that I will stay with what I have and come back and update this review in a few years or if anything changes.

Its been ages since I updated this review.
My journey is still going well. I am still very happy with my results. Everything has settled well and is feeling fantastic. The implants have softened up considerably and they are squishy and pliable, they jiggle and move very naturally

6 months post op and doing great. Scars are fading slowly but looking very good.
