Disappointed in the final outcome results a year after surgery

Dr. Sutin At PAI Preecha Aesthetic Institute Horrible Outcome Results With After A Year

I had my sex reassignment surgery done at Phyathai 2 Hospital in Bangkok, Thailand by Dr. Sutin Khobunsongserm. The results after a year were disappointing. My vagina doesn't pass as a natal born cisgender female and can NOT get orgasms. I lost a lot of sensation. I regretfully chose Dr. Sutin and should of gone to Dr. Kamol instead. I am disappointed in the final outcome results. I am NOT able to have orgasms with Dr. Sutin and my sex partners have turned me away because the scarring. There's scars running down my vagina. Do NOT go to Dr. Sutin. They will proclaim they are the best and have uploaded many documentary and YouTube videos. Do NOT go get surgery done with PAI Preecha Aesthetic Institute. I regret NOT choosing Dr. Kamol. I should of waited longer for Dr. Kamol for my appointment booking date but it was already too late now. I was that desperate for the surgery and the reviews about Dr. Sutin were deceptive. He is horrible. The surgery has NOT exceeded my expectations. I feel like I need surgical revision but I am afraid it would create even more scarring and look worse than before. I can NOT financially afford to do a surgical revision anyway as it is too costly for me. PLEASE GO TO DR. KAMOL INSTEAD!!!

I am scheduled to have sigmoid srs with dr Sutin next month. I've seen nothing but good with his patients. This is a first! Do you not have any sensation? Do you self lubricate? How was the healing process along with your eating routine? I see you got the sigmoid srs.
Dr. Sutin is horrible. My sex partners said my vagina is hideous ugly and they don't want to have sex with me. My vagina has scared away my sex partners. Not looking pretty cute. :-(
I do have little sensation but not to a full extent where I can achieve an orgasm. I self lubricate but I can't orgasm anymore with Dr. Sutin and the healing process is nasty. I suffered from IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) after the sigmoid colon. Failed promise results. I can NOT afford to do a surgical revision. Dr. Sutin is totally horrible. I would recommend Dr. Kamol instead if you totally care about appearance and functionality. That's one huge major life changing mistake I made was book with Dr. Sutin. There's nothing that can be done except live with the visible scars. My vagina doesn't pass as natal born female. Dr. Kamol is the man. Go to Kamol instead.
We have to expect some scarring with any surgery. Have you considered fraxel laser for the scarring? It would be a lot cheaper option than a revision. To me it doesn't look bad! And for the IBS that's to be expected for a few months after sigmoid surgery. When you went for you consultation did you explain to Dr sutin you didn't want visible scarring? Usually he does his sutures inside the labia. There is 2 more recently posted results on realself and the scarring isn't visible. Now I've seen results from girls who desired GG labias who has the same scarring. It seems to be what you request is what you get. I want a barbie vagina which all the sutures will be hidden.
I told Dr. Sutin that I don't want any scars to be visible and I can NOT afford to do any revision treatment at this time. I would travel laser but I am financially spending money on other expenses. I really can't afford to spend on any surgical revisions and for scar. Also, with any surgery, you should consider using stick on silicone sheets pads to prevent scars from becoming hypertrophic or turning into keloids. I would apply it after they remove the sutures. You must use the silicone gel sheets to reduce the appearance of scarring after any surgery for minimum 3 months leave on surgical scars. It's better to apply the silicone sheets immediately ASAP after any surgical procedure when the sutures are taken out or with dissolvable sutures. The scars will not be cute if not treated ASAP after they remove them. You can end up with a hypertrophic scar or keloid scar. Scars are NOT cute. Some people develop keloids after any surgical procedure.
How does sexual penetration feel with the colon srs?
Very painful! It hurts and even with the dilating routine. I am not motivated to dilate as often as I need when there's a lack of energy. I am too busy to dilate. It feels like a jabbing knife inside my vagina. It hurts so bad that I don't even want to dilate at all but I have to. Sex is more painful than dilation. If you don't dilate everyday and very often, then sex will become painful and it will be sore and unpleasant experience.
Was your first dilation painful? Most people say it's not. I'm taking a 6 month leave at my job so I plan on doing everything as directed. How much depth do you have? I'm not you but try to work through the pain to get your body use to it. Some say it takes over a year before you'll feel pleasure even orgasm. Don't give up!
I got 6 inches with Dr. Sutin. They took a piece of my colon because there wasn't enough penile tissue for the inversion. I was informed colon vaginoplasty was the way to go. The Very first time was painful for me. There was a lot of blood loss, kind of like having a period like a cisgendered natal born woman. I guess everyone is different. For me, I lost so much blood from dilating. It took a couple days for it to clear. I got a nasty unpleasant discharge after a week since being 1 month post op. It was yellow and gross. It smelled really bad. You have to use Betadine Feminine Wash and have to keep your neo-vagina clean every week. Our pH levels are different than a natal born female. We can NOT combat the bacterial and fungi pathogens in our neo-vagina. There is always a risk of developing a yeast infection if you don't take care of your neo-vagina after your SRS procedure. I hate douching as well.
Some surgeons recommend to regularly eat unsweetened yoghurt to help repopulate the digestive tract with a natural flora, and also a neovagina. It can make for a buildup of a natural flora that can fend off infections. They also recommend to phase out douching after a few months because it can disturb the buildup of a natural flora. You might look up recommendations of other surgeons, Bowers to my knowledge recommends this. Some people additionally use probiotic pessaries like intrafresh or femina flora.
Scar treatment like silicone pads and gels for a few months helped some people, and some people use Contractubex.
Next a neovagina reacts to estrogen like a cis vagina and levels of estrogen should also be well in the female range. Some people go down to menopausal levels but there can be issues like dryness and even some atrophy, like in menopausal people.
And adding bioidentical progesterone helped some people with o abilities.
Im sorry I dont want you to feel like you are not supported but welcome to being a woman! I have vaginal scars all over. I had hernia scars. Scars from having kids, scars from my hysterectomy. You are a person and your boyfriend shouldnt leave you for that. Your vagina looks fine to me!
I personally think your vulva looks very natural to me I mean losing sensation is a huge risk but for me I just want a vagina to make me complete not just for the sex to be honest... I'm so sorry to hear that though hopefully a revision would work best like I said so sorry to hear that dear
