I think is more then clean about this operation the science and doctors show a lot is very embarrassing to hear all life if i got orgasmus if someone have interest about it read all material available on internet speak with doctor is more then clear all is very weight to hear and discute about this my entire life i wanna close this in my life and live my life. So its too intime too aggressive not only for transgenders but for any person and for us is very tiring the same people start to treat us as a normal person please!

I'm so sorry you're feeling exposed because of these questions (sometimes I think people can forget the sensitivities or privacy preferences of others) I personally won't be answering questions like that after my SRS with Dr Sutin either.

Regarding sensation inside the vagina. I work for gynaecologists and it's not uncommon for ciswomen to have no vaginal sensation either (that's why clitoral stimulation is so important - every woman is different and internal sensation shouldn't be such an important factor with that in mind)
Wow what an amazing result. Must feel amazing seeing her when you look down. This is a dream result. I hope it works in the way you hoped for. With the invasive questions I think since you've shared images on a specific app it's all most safe to assume everyone here is looking to get this surgery hence why they may be curious as to how it feels and what your options are of living with it. Often the biggest unknown for many of us trans women when it come to surgery is what's it like to have a vagina made by xx surgeon does it do x/y/z. Hi, I have a couple of questions: how was your recovery so far? What made you choose Dr. Sutin over Dr. Burin (they are on my short list and I have doubts who to go with)? Do you recommend Dr. Sutin? And how do you consider your results in terms of cosmetics and sensitivity? Are you planning to undergo any revision surgery (your result is one of the best I have seen from PAI)? Results after 6 months

I am very happy not 100% i will go again for a touch up just outside for be better but forme not becouse is needed buu for me is important to confidence. But in general very happy i never do dillatation my deep is the same i got self lubrification but setimes we needto use gel also the natural lubrificationi dont know some days is more then others but deep very satisfactory and inside touch and feel in love ?? thanks PAI TEAM.

I've been researching srs for the longest time and I just wish you could consider that you can help people who want it. I know srs isn't perfect... But can you please help us understand what we can expect from this surgeon?

1Month after SRS

I get blades infection, I treat with medicine I back to Switzerland where I live, everything is fine, not big problems, today I will do some tests to view inside just to be sure (Iam paranoia with my body) to be quiet and sure that is everything ok inside my body blade, rectum, colon, I will do a CTC with contrast in a few hours, I feel sensitive inside but not pain I don't take anymore medicines and antibiotic, just for my bladder o got infection now in latest days... I feel discomfort and moderate pain when I dilate I use dilator number 2

Thanks for your continued updates. How long do you have to dilate for? Does it hurt awhile after? 

I really dont have to dilate as the penile skin inversion technic i do two times a day only introduce the dilator and its all
