I had surgery with Dr Nond ROJVACHIRANONDA after reading all his fabulous reviews only to be let down within 2 weeks post op.
Although he is nice, kind and communicates very week the technique landed me a poor result and at 2 weeks post after a mid face lift the tissue had settled back to down to its original position.
I also had scar revision where he used dissolvable stitches that got stuck in my skin causing hypotropic scars which had to be excised and revised at significant cost back at home.
I also had a revision canthopexy 3 weeks after the initial procedure which ended up looking awful, I have since had it revised back to a somewhat respectable appearance.
Be very careful with Dr Nond. There are a few bad experiences floating around (like with any surgeon though). I also believe he (or his medical travel agents) post self reviews to push his procedures.
If you would like to further query this reviews please PM me and ill send over some photos and even chat to you if you wish. I want people to seriously consider what happens when surgery goes wrong overseas, do it locally is my 2 cents.

Thank you for sharing your experience on RealSelf!

I wrote my review on Real Self when I was still recovering from the operation. But when I returned home and people started asking me what's wrong with my eye I contacted Dr.Nond, like he advises his patients to do, on Skype. Please read my recent review if you like to follow my story. And remember, I have absolutely no reason to waste my time writing this review except to tell people what happened to me. It is their choice or their decision to choose whoever specialist they want.

1. When did you have this surgery?Which hospital?
2. What do you mean he is a liar?
3. When your results turned out bad. I assume you had let him know. How did he respond to results which does not turn out good?
4.When surgery goes wrong in Thailand, what do you do? What happens?

Please read my more detailed review that will answer all your questions. I have no reasons to write this review except to warn other people. If they don't believe, I am ok with that but they should think why I waste my time writing this review. If they don't want to take it on board, it is their choice. I thought I have a moral obligation to tell people what happened to me.

Sorry Seraffe, one or 2 questions I missed. When the results didn't turn out good I went to see a local plastic surgeon in Perth who told me after looking at the xray that I was lucky I didn't have stroke on the operating table. I then contacted Dr. Nond on Skype. He took a lovely photo of me and told me to see the photo that somehow his part of my right side, and see how nice I look. I cut the conversation as I realized he was taking me for an idiot. I recently contacted Dr. Rushapol in Phuket, he told me I have PTSOSIS. Looking at 'll my photos prior to the operation, both eyes were the same. So in response to your question, what do you do when surgery goes wrong in Thailand, I can only answer from personal experience. If you had Dr. Nond perform the surgery, you are on your own. He will never admit to anything.

I had eye outperformed by Dr. Nond in October 2015. He saw me once after the operation and I mentioned my right eye feels different. He told me don't worry it will settle. I called him from home on Skype, he asked to look up, down, sideways etc.. I didn't know what he was doing until he sent me a lovely photo of me a gorgeous photo of me. I told him I don't want a photo I want himhim to see how I have two different eyes. the left one I look 50, the right one all wrinkled and I look 70. I know cover my eye with large prescription glasses and finally can afford to go to Phukett and have my eyes revised. I made a mistake choosing Dr. Nond. Stay away from him.

In October 2015 I had eye lift performed buy Dr. Nond at st. Louis hospital. He was very kind, very likable person and I wrote a good review on Real Self. A few weeks later I noticed my right eye was drooping and looked different to the left eye. One side of my face looked 50 and one side 70. I contacted him on Skype and reported the problem. I was intrigued when he asked me to look right, left, a little to the right.... then he send me a photo he took of me showing a perfectly symmetrical face. He must have thought I am an idiot. The photo was nice but I wasn't. I was disfigured. So I terminated the call knowing he is a manipulative, dishonest person. I saw a local plastic surgeon who told me I am lucky not to have had a stroke or even died at the operating table. He was millimetre from cutting a vein on my temple. I contacted Dr. Rushapol who,, when he saw my photos, told me I have PTSOSIS, a result of my eye lift. He also said he cannot operate or rectify my problem. I started wearing big prescription glasses to cover the disfigurement. Yet, nice, likeable Dr. Non took a perfect photo and told me there is nothing wrong with my eyes. He is unprofessional, incompetent and dishonest.
