Excited and nervous to have finally booked my arm lift! Have been pouring through as many forums and researching all that I can do to prepare ahead of time. I have always had saggy skin on my under arms but after losing 18kgs 2 years ago and keeping it off they are baggier than ever.
I am going to the gym 2 days a week and doing Hypoxi for my thighs 3 days a week.
I read about the supplements I should stop at least 2 weeks prior and am ready with supplements I should take post-surgery.
Any other tips would be greatly appreciated.

Not long now till surgery

I am having surgery in Thailand and even though the company have been great with questions and info I booked to have a consult with a local surgeon just to get a 2nd opinion. Really glad I did. Still going ahead but feel much better prepared to have picked his brains and have all of his info packs etc. He did advise that due to my naturally tanned skin the scar wound be more pronounced and may take longer to fade. Apparently this is common for Olive skin. The photos I'd seen of great scar healing in hindsight were all of very fair skinned people. This is handy info as I'd rather know what to expect. He also advised on incision placement etc.
So now to last minute preparations. I am looking to drop 5kgs prior to surgery just to allow the best result possible. So I have 3 weeks at work before the Easter long weekend and then its off to Surgery!!!

Am day 4 post surgery and my arms look amazing. I knew I would have limited mobility after surgery and it has been challenging. Definitely have a support person with you for recovery. Can't rave enough about Destination Beauty and the dr's and nurses here in Thailand. So so worth it.
