I was motivated at first because I was unhappy...
I was motivated at first because I was unhappy with a dorsal hump shape to my nose. Made me feel very insecure. However i had also noticed that my nose was crooked and the septum appeared to be deviated. I had been having sleeping and unknown breathing issue for years and did some research and realized a consultation was needed for a deviated septum. I had a severe deviated septum as well as very little cartilage at the nostrils. Dr. Papel and I were immediately put into motion a plan for how my nose should be fixed to not only improve physiologically my quality of life and also cosmetically. Withon only a couple months i was ready to go for surgery. Recovery was amazingly quicker than i had expected. It was 2 wks to get the splint off. I was ecstatic wirh results immediately even with all the initial swelling. Swelling reduced slowly over 6 months and by 8 months it appeared as the final result. I was so incredibly happy with my improved breathing and self confidence. He did a great job and I could not be happier!! Staff is very friendly and accomodating as well. HIGHLY recommend!

Dr. Papel is friendly and very professional. Spent as much time as needed with me to make sure i understood the procedure, how the final result would look, and the recovery process. Answered any and all questions! Provided digitial imaging to project before and after photos presurgically to make sure I would be happy with the changes.
