Had a horrible septoplasty 4 years ago.. Nasal pasages collapsed, deviated septum, and extremely crooked nose. I was concerned about daily headaches and the possibility of future sinus infections. Not to mention i had trouble breathing which caused sleep problems and shortness of breathe. Lastly, people often made comments on the odd shape of my nose making me self conscious and at times embarrassed. Something certainly had to be done for all of these reasons

Dr papel was extremely attentive and professional when addressing my surgery goals and concerns. He described in detail exactly what was wrong with my nose, both medically and cosmetically, then proceeded to take a lot of his time to walk me step by step through his treatment plan. He made certain to explain it slowly, stopping to make sure i fully understood the plan of action prior to my septo/rhinoplasty. He was courteous and professional at every step, which was a welcomed and pleasant change from my prior surgeon. In addition, the girls in his office were extremely sweet and pleasant through our interactions, and i never had to wait longer than a few short minutes to see the doctor. I would highly recommend Dr Papel to anyone who is considering a similar procedure

Thank you for sharing your personal experience with us, your results look great so far. Can we see a before photo for comparison?

I just had a consult with Dr. Papel and am considering going with him. If you don't mind me asking, who was the surgeon who botched your septioplasy the 1st time?
