Update

I hope you're doing well. It has been over 4 years since my revision. Last year in August I had a second revision with Boahene. The purpose was to shorten my long nose and refine and elevate the tip. After the 2nd revision my nose looked shorter and the tip more refined but I noticed there was a hump on the bridge. The surgeon told me if it doesn't go away then he could shave it in the office and he did last March. It has been 5 months and the hump is still there. Very disappointed. I am posting the photos that were taken at the surgeon's office. The after were taken less than 2 weeks ago. These are the results of 2 revisions and a touch up in the office under local. I really wish I didn't have a second revision. My nose was long after the first revision because the Dr. put extension grafts. But it was straight. The tip is better post revision but the profile is ugly. I like how my profile looked prior to revision. It was more feminine and elegant. Now the nose has a hump and makes me look old.

Very unhappy and I don't believe these surgeries were worth the money and time I spent. I only planto leave these photos for a short time. After that if you want to see my photos you may pm me. Thanjs

Over 3 years post revision

Been 3 years and a couple of months since revision. Hard to believe. My nose is pretty much the same since last time I updated. There's improvement post revision in certain aspects like the tip and nostrils. But the tip is still bulbous and long. The lower third of the bridge is wide. From some angles the profile is fine but from the right side it looks long and pointing down. Posting some photos.

Overall rating

Dr. Boahene performed two revisions on me and a touch up procedure in the office to shave a bump that formed after the second revision. Unfortunately the results are not what I was expecting. The bridge has a hump, the tip is bulbous and pointing down, and the nostrils are notched. Overall the nose doesn't fit my face. The outcome is not worth the money and time I spent having these procedures. I am very disappointed and regret my decision.
