650 CC Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile MENTOR MemoryGel Breast Implants in both breasts. After being on hormones for 16 months, including 8 months of Progesterone, I was still experiencing intense dysphoria involving my breasts. I would wear padded bras and use inserts to get a more feminine shape and feel like I had actual breasts. The Progesterone helped to give my breasts a more rounded shape as opposed to the cone-shaped that is so common in trans women, but it still wasn't enough.

At the time of surgery, I was 215lbs and 5'9". Dr. Devin O'Brien-Coon said that I would fit between 625 CC and 700 CC, which given my frame and general build would look very natural on me. Initially, he was going to suggest a Moderate standard profile for the breasts but after expressing my concern with having nearly no upper pole breast and showing how often I cannot fill the top half of the bra he understood my concerns and agreed that Moderate Plus would work well for me.

In Pain, but Good

boxeater
Initially had a lot of nausea and vomiting from the pain, but that has since gone away with painkillers and getting enough rest. Been taking it really easy and just working on pain management. Start breast exercises on the 26th which should help a lot. Overall very sore with varying amounts of pain, but as of right now I am happy with the results.

Day 6/First Shower

Started breast massage exercises and they are already feeling better. Pain is much more manageable and I feel the swelling has moved down to my stomach, but not sure. Have a Post Op appointment on the 30th to give everything a once over. My right breast has a minor sloshing sound when I do the exercises, but by calling the surgeon it should be normal and will go away on its own. Also, I believe I left it out but my implants are over the muscle (sub-glandular)
