Post Op Day 4

My surgery from start to finish went exactly as planned and perfectly smooth. I'm feeling sore and my boobs are high and VERY tight and uncomfortable, but it's more discomfort than actual pain. The worst part for me in the healing process right now is the bloating. Holy [RS bleep], the bloating in my abdomen is real. I feel like I've gained 10 pounds of water retention and I'm ready to rid myself of that like yesterday. I'm downing water and have cut the Percocet out of my doses completely, so with any luck I'll be feeling more regular within the next couple of days! The PS Ended up using 385cc, which he originally thought would be too big for me, but after trying them out, thought they looked great and would give me exactly what I was looking for. If anyone has any binge worthy Netflix recommendations or a hella good book, throw them my way for the long weekend! Updating with some photos of the first few days!

Pre Op Before Pics & Wish Pics

Holy [RS bleep], I'm getting boobs tomorrow. Its pretty surreal. 29 years of belonging to the itty bitty committee is about to be over!

2 Years Later! (And 2 Days Pre!)

As you can see I've been on this site for years at this point. I originally intended to have a breast augmentation and a partial tummy tuck done back in 2015 with a different doctor, but between work and feelings or anxiety at the time, I cancelled it a month prior.

Now I'm back in the game. I've spent the last few years working on my overall health and fitness and living a better lifestyle, and because of that, my stomach isn't something that bothers me anymore, and I'm comfortable with the way it looks. So this time around, I'm scheduled for a breast augmentation only.

No anxiety so far this time. I really love the surgeon I've chosen to go forward with. He puts me at ease, has impeccable bedside manner, and he's patient enough to answer all of my questions, regardless of how trivial or time consuming they may be.

We've chosen to go forward with silicone gel implants 375cc partially under the muscle. For reference to anyone reading this, I'm not necessarily looking for the "[RS bleep] star" look of implants, but I'm NOT looking for a natural look either. I personally find fake boobs aesthetically appealing, and that's my intention, so keep that in mind when considering my stats.

Today I am 48 hours away from surgery! Just picked up my PLETHORA of prescriptions for after I'm home and recovering, and I began taking the anti bruising medication as well, as instructed by the PA. On Friday I made the final payment to the hospital that my PA will be operating in, so I am officially completely paid, cleared, and prepped. I didn't want to make any posts prior to this, because I was anxious something would come up in the course of planning that would prevent me from being able to follow through with this surgery BUT I think it's pretty safe to say, come Tuesday I'm finally going to have some big boobs!
