Your chin is slightly short, a plastic surgeon with a good aesthetic eye would add projection and a slight amount of length with a chin implant. This would change the proportions of your face and make your lip appear less long. In all honesty I believe it would be best to do your chin first even if it was something temporary with fillers for a time , just to see the new proportions of the face. I’ve had two chin implants (first too large and box) occasional fillers, and a lip lift that past May with Dr. Mascaró. I’d also think you’d be surprised by how your nose looks more fitted for your face with more chin projection. I am a black woman. Rarely impressed with AA nose jobs especially when the nostrils are taken in, as it’s always easy to spot, the noses tend to look different but not better. But as a plastic surgery enthusiast I encourage you to do what you believe will make you happiest but go to the best doctors, seriously. I’ve traveled to the best for all my work, no one can tell I’ve had anything done. Like literally past boyfriends and friends after 1-2 weeks of “vacation” new nothing except that I looked better.
