I had a BA a few years ago, and the surgeon recommended an implant large enough to forgo a breast lift. Well, I probably should have had a lift as well.
I went to Baltimore for my BL. I am happy for the most part. I would love for my nipples to be perfectly round, but on one side it is not. I am only 2months post -op, so there is still a possibility that I will not note the slight irregularity. If it bothers me 1 year out, I will ask for the nipple to be fixed. I apologize if I repeated pics, I tried not to. Pretty darn happy.

Question for the lovely Ladies at RS
MIMomBAOctober 9, 2015
I have a question that someone here might have had addressed: My nipples at 2 months point have not yet ever got into fully erect stage. In the past, even touching them would make them fully erect, Now, they go semi erect, and are a bit puffy. Is this typical of fairly early recovery? Thanks in advance.

I was the same way before sx. It took me a good 6 months for my nipple to become erect at all. I was quite upset during that time thinking they would never be the same. Which is funny now that I think about it. Before sx I would cover my nips if they were showing, and then after sx I got upset when they weren't around for 6 months...smh. I have to apply a lot of pressure now to even feel it. I also had a breast so it might be because of the type of incisions and stiches. I think the puffiness is still all part of the recovery. It will go down with time. Mine were a little pointy for 3 months or so. Sorry so long. Hope this helps a little.
