I started looking in to this procedure in March. I am going to Dr Michael Cohen in Baltimore MD. I have always wanted to get my breasts done! I just can't believe I'm doing it :) I am going with 400cc smooth silicone. I breast Fed My son so the Dr recommended a lift with the implants so they sit up higher. I go in first thing Friday morning!! More excited than nervous. I have a pretty rough two year old so I hope he is gentle enough !

Thank you!! I'm getting pretty nervous now. I am 5'1 and 126lbs. I am currently a small B cup right now. I am hoping to get up to a nice full C or a smaller D

Is the pic above post up because not to be too personal but I think we are way past that. They look awesome!!! Also, please let me know how Dr. Cohen is/was. I'm in Balt also and I'm having sleep surgery June/July insurance pending after my last nutrition class. I may need Cohen after for apron surgery.

Thank you so much! Yes that is post op. I don't have a picture of my pre op. Dr Cohen was amazing! He did a wonderful job and I couldn't be happier. My sister in law used him also and had wonderful results as well :)

What hospital did you have surgery at? Please don't say GBMC.... I had a surgeon implant broken hardware in my spine so I'm hoping Cohen is at another hospital. I know some surgeons have their own private surgery centers so do gets crossed this is the case.....

From what I read on their website they do surgeries at some hospital, not sure which one but they have their own surgery area in their building.. That's where I had mine done.

We are on our way to the office for my procedure :) I took an atvian last night to help me sleep. I feel really good, just excited to get it done !! I will update with pictures asap.

Surgery went great! I'm not in to much pain either. I love them so far!! I ended up getting 300 in one and 325 in the other. Nothing bigger than that would fit! I am just pretty tired now.

Don't be nervous!! Dr Cohen was amazing! His whole staff was so nice!! As far as recovery it's day 2 and I'm not feeling to bad! I have 3 kids that I an up and taking care also. Even with running around with them I would say the pain is a 6 out of 10.

They all seem great at his office thus far! Just nervous about the pain afterwards and I don't wanna mess up my boobies, I like them now, I just want more volume lol. :) and that's not so bad, I'm glad you're doing well! Don't overdo it with those kiddos! :)
