10 yrs ago I had saline under the muscle 280cc implants placed. I went from a small 36C to a small 36D, after two pregnancies I'm now a 40D! Yikes. Time to get these babies out. I've had chronic costochondritis (sternum pain) for the past two years and my Dr believes the implants are aggravating the condition. I'm having a simple removal under local without a lift. I'm freaking out a little because I'm worried about how I will look. My PS said I don't need a lift. I could use some advice and reassurance about the before and after. I will post a pic soon, I just need to photoshop out my tattoos, lol. I don't need any distinguishing features circulating the internet! Haha

12 days! I'm crazy excited! I hope I'll be one of the ladies that loves my results but even if I don't, I'm soooo done with these things! I want my life back. First order of business once I'm healed: 90 minute massage laying on my stomach!

What a great attitude! I am 2 days post op and really happy with my decision. A massage sounds heavenly! I haven't been able to lay comfortably on my stomach in years.

Had my surgery today. Under local with no sedation or anything. It wasn't too bad other than my PS had to keep numbing me because he's so a little and is be able to feel just a bit. Not too bad though. I'm a little bummed, he had to drain the implants to get them our, otherwise I'd end up with a huge incision because he couldn't get them out otherwise. I'm hoping none of the toxic fluid ended up inside me.
I'm still numb now I'm sure but I'm feeling pretty good. I'm glad it's over, and I just want to heal now!

I had my drained as well to avoid a larger incision. With them being saline, why are you concerned with toxicity?
