Scar and scar remedies as well as preop pics and side profile

Some comparisons for the ladies out there! I have also uploaded a picture from my second day after surgery when i had the two jackson pratt drains in. They look awful but i promise you other than finding a place to hid them under my shirt they werent that big of a pain. Usually you wont need these after surgery. Also, i only have one preop pic i can upload right now, this website wont let me upload pics i took from my big camera so i have to find a way around it...

I am impressed with everyone and everything...
I am impressed with everyone and everything Belecara has to offer. From the first day I entered, I was greeted by friendly faces and knowledgeable doctors. Dr. Cohen was not the first doc I talked with about having my augmentation but he was the last doctor I knew I would be talking to. After talking to him I felt completely comfortable and confident that I would be getting the look I forever wanted. Every person that helped me during my experience was knowledgeable, personable, kind, and caring. I never really felt nervous about surgery because I knew I was in the best hands. After my augmentation I feel more beautiful than I thought possible! I am so incredibly happy with my results. My perfect look has finally been achieved. I wouldn't be this happy if it wasn't for Dr. Cohen and his staff. I look forward to my follow up visits and to talk about my new look. If you are on the fence about getting a breast augmentation my only advice is to set up a consult and talk with Dr. Cohen. All of your questions will be answered and then some. You will feel confident that the look you are trying to get is what you will actually get. Dr. Cohen is very good at what he does; he strives to get you the look that you always wanted and excels.

Hi everyone! I was a small 34b before and now a 34 dd. I got silicone smooth hp 475cc. I love them!

Just to add to my surgery, I originally had 375 cc hp silicone textured implants. My surgery was in april. I wanted a bigger size but 375 was all I could physically fit. The textured implants did not do well with my body and they never dropped properly. They were still pretty but just weren't perfect. December I went back to have the textured taken out and replaced with smooth 475 silicone hp implants. The few months allowed me to be a me to fit a bigger implant. I ended up having a capsulectomy and I had a lot of scar tissue that needed to be removed. My body really didn't like the first implant. I came out of the OR with my beautiful 475 smooth implants that looked perfect from day one. I did have two jp drains put in to allow serous fluid to drain properly. The removal of the drain was not bad at all and I had them for about a week. My breast are so much softer and more natural looking now. I am so happy with the results. and hey, I ended up with the size I wanted in the first place! :) love love love my new Tattas
I'm considering Dr. Cohen as well for my BA. Do you have any preoperative pics and pics of your side projection now post-operatively? They told me for the CCs I want, I need to get HPs but those scare me as far as looking overly "done," especially in regards to the side profile of the breasts after surgery :-/
Yeah sure! I'll post some more pics. I just took some of my scars to show you how good of a job he does. I'll also upload some scar products I use and have found to work really well. Hp will not be a mistake I promise you. But I'll show pics so you can relate the look in real life :)

I just uploaded the pictures you should be able to see them now. What size were you thinking about doing and what size are you now?
I'm 5'2, and a small 32b now. Would like to be a small D/proportional with my big booty lol.
With the Vectra imaging I liked 350cc and 375cc but for those size implants I have to get HPs. They said if I want MPs I have to stick to the 300-325cc range.
I will tell you straight up, go bigger rather than smaller. Once you get them done and come home you'll probably wish you had. If you can fit the bigger implant then do it. I felt it was like a tattoo everyone always says if you get it small you'll wish you went bigger. Same for boobs. And I only mean this if you were like between wanting 300 or 375. I would do the extra 75cc. Im not talking about if you were like wanting 300 or 500. My friend had mp and she wished she did the hp. My breast are more fuller on the sides and then obviously out in the front. It also all depends on your bodys natural shape. I saw your pics and I think you would look good either way with the hp or mp. Dr cohen really does do a great job and he will do what he thinks looks best for you. He thinks of the person as if they were a canvas and you are his artwork.
