33 days post op
Everything is going good. I occasionally feel some tinges from nerves or muscles. The left is sitting a tad bit higher. In pictures it looks more exaggerated. Still not wearing anything with underwire until they drop completely. That's all for now. Thanks for following my progress :)
Day 11 Second Post Op
So I just spent about 45 minutes typing a really long update and then everything got erased so I'm not happy about rewriting this but here it goes..
I went to my second post op today. They took off my steri-strips and removed my stitches. I was pretty apprehensive about this because I've never had stitches before. So, I'm happy to say that it was PAINLESS! Removing the tape was the only uncomfortable part and even than wasn't bad. Everything looks great, the doctor says I'm healing well.
Here's everything I was told to do now:
• Start a new massage: squeezing/pressing underneath the implants.
• Continue my other massage: pressing my breasts from the outside, inward.
• Massage the incision area: to help them continue to heal.
• Start using a silicone based scar cream: I bought the one they provide at their office. It's called bioCorneum. I got a 20 oz. bottle for $80.00. I would suggest looking at other brands first because this is probably one of the more expensive ones. I didn't do any research on this before but I probably could have saved myself some money.
• Working out: I can start doing cardio and lower body in a few days (about 2 weeks post op). Upper body and arms I can start at 4 weeks, the rule is to just be conscious of my body and what it will allow me to do and not do. And that includes not over doing it!
• Bras: still no underwire or high compression sports bras. The doctor said I could/should not wear a bra when I don't need to, at least until the implants drop to where I want them to be. Then I will start wearing bras to stop them from dropping anymore and keep them in place.
Regarding the higher pain/uncomfort on my left side, the doctor said that there wasn't anything wrong and that it should go away With time. It's not uncommon for one side to be more stiff or sore than the other while healing. Especially since my left breast was a little smaller before, it makes sense to me that I would have more discomfort in that area.
Just incase you haven't read my other posts. I have had a very easy recovery from surgery. Night 1 was the only "BAD" night. Even then, I wasn't in pain, it was just a lot of discomfort which was really aggravating. I was only on painkillers for 24 hours and Tylenol for a few days after that. Everyday waking up I had less morning boob (soreness & stiffness). I drove myself to my first doctor appointment, 4 days after surgery. Now at day 11 everything feels almost normal. I can't say I'm 100% but I'm really close.
I think that's all for now! After this update I'll probably just be posting pictures since I won't have another appointment for 6 weeks. If you have read this whole post then CONGRATULATIONS because you are awesome in my book! Let me know if you have any questions about me or my surgery or if you want to tell me about your situation. I would love to hear it! We are all on here for support so don't be afraid, no question is too small!

1 week post op 250cc hp silicone under the muscle
1 week since my surgery and I'm feeling great. I only took pain meds for the first 24 hours and Tylenol for the first 4 days. From the research I've done is say that in healing pretty fast.
I went to the mall yesterday and had so much fun trying on clothes. I have so many more options now that things actually fit me in the bust area. I went a little crazy and spent a lot more than I should have, but what the heck. Getting my strips and stitches out on Monday July 20th.
So far my right breast has dropped and felt pretty good. My left side has been a little more stiff and sore and is sitting higher on my chest than my right. It'll catch up eventually, I still have the fear that they won't be symmetrical since my right side was a little bigger before my surgery. Dr. Cohen said it wasn't too much difference to do different size implants. I guess I'll see what happens with time. Patience is key!

Provider Review
So far, Dr. Cohen and his staff have been amazing. I have felt comfortable during every appointment and I am very confident that they will do a great job with my surgery. They are very professional and have answered all of my questions, working with me and my personal doctors to set up a plan with my current medications.
