Dr. Cohen was an amazing surgeon. He never pushed me to go bigger or change my mind about what I wanted. He listened and asked questions to understand the way I wanted to look, and I could not be happier with my results. It has been a month since surgery and I have gotten compliments from all of my friends and family and I feel more confident now than ever. They look very natural and proportional to my frame- which is what I was looking for- and recovery has been smooth thanks to the pre-op consultation that told me everything to expect before/during/after surgery. I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon and nurses for this procedure. Thank you all so much!

Hey there! Welcome, and thanks for sharing your story with us. I hope you'll get lots of support from the community. Congratulations! Do you know the size and brand of your implants? If you're feeling confident enough, we'd love to see some before and after photos :)

I got 350cc silicone implants (left and right were the same) under the muscle. I went from barely filling out a size 34B to getting sized (at VS, so it could be different somewhere else) as a 32DDD ("sister size"- 34DD). I'm 5'7" and about 150lbs so they do not look to be incredibly large or too big for my body. Even my mom, who was against me even trying to be a full C/small D (which I told her before realizing that asking to go from one cup size to another was not the way the consultation goes), says she thinks they look very flattering to my figure!

Sounds as though you have a very natural looking result. Do you know which brand they are? EG, Mentor, Sientra, Natrelle etc?
