I had a baby after BBL and now I want lipo!

Okay so the baby got my body looking like a mom! I gained 80 lbs during pregnancy! You hear me?! 80lbs! My baby is now 12 months and this is where we are. I don’t want/need a BBL. I just want this tummy gone. I considered Dowbak but she specializes in BBLs. I just want a snatched lipo! Any recommendations? I’m in MD but will travel within the US.

I am also from MD and I am going to Dowbak!!
Dowback is not a consistent doctor.. if you have Facebook there are tons of bbl/lipo groups that are very helpful if you’re not already in it

I’ve been researching lipo procedures. I’m leaning towards SafeLipo because of the better results with no indentations and protecting your lymph system. ❤️

Just to show my results throughout the 2 year post surgery. Most of these taken a year post op.
I was considering a round 2 anyway. In most of these photos I was sucking in the tummy.

You look great! How are you keeping up the bod? I mean, as far as eating and exercises?! Cant wait for my surgery
Well there’s no keeping up now because I’m pregnant and look like a house lol! But I wasn’t really exercising before and I was noticing some weight gain. But my weight has always been up and down - see my before pics.

Please let us know about your recovery after giving birth. I am 27, no kids, and want to get a BBL but it's hard to find real people who have done that and had kids after. Really interested as I've heard it can help you go back to your previous body if you've already had lipo you may just need a touch up or skin tightening. Others say it's better to do after kids so would really appreciate your insights on how your recovery was
See my updated post. I definitely gained a lot of weight but the butt and shape stayed. So I don’t regret it. Luckily I don’t need a tummy tuck. Just more lipo and some exercise to get the other parts looking good.

Here are some pics of me before getting pregnant. Like I said ... I loved my results. I did still have a little belly puff but we can’t be expecting miracles out here. I was complimented on my body everywhere I went.
I did develop keloids in my incision areas - the most annoying being those two under the butt. Any advice how to get them away? I did a session with my dermatologist who injected steroids (I think?) but and those lowered them. But perhaps I was supposed to do more sessions. Either way they are dark and noticeable and I want to avoid them on my next round.
As you can see, no need for any more of a butt.
