Its been three years since i saw Dr Kim for a rhinoplasty and breast augmentation. I asked for a big reduction on my nose and then implants to take me from a C to a D. I ended up with a nose job where you cannot tell the difference, if anything i look worse as my tip is less refined and then my breasts I ended up an F cup, as soon as I came out of the theatre i knew it was a huge error and was in tears for weeks - he told me that was a normal reaction and id get used to them!
I had to have a reduction 9 months later (with a diff surgeon) which took me to an E and now I am about to go under the knife again as i cant live with these giant boobs, but unfortunately I need a full lift as the skin has stretched.
Dr Kim did not listen to what I requested, his bed side manner is terrible and all in all the whole experience has caused me a lot of emotional and financial stress, I do not recommend him.

Thank you so much for posting. The breasts look very symmetrical, natural, and hot! But, I totally understand feeling misled if you became an F and were asking for a D. I think this is very common, as I also have breast implants and asked for a C but got more like a DDD. I think cc's are an unreliable and misrepresentative measure of how big your breasts will actually turn out to be, because they don't account for the nuances of individual's singular and unique frame, rib cage size, chest broadness, etc. It's up to the doc to also account for how much breast tissue a patient already has naturally. So while I think your breasts look fantastic and would love them for myself, I understand that it's probably hard to walk around and be comfortable in your own skin if you have prominent and heaving breasts you weren't expecting! As for the nose, it's definitely a subtle improvment but it's there. There are some docs that do explicit and dramatic changes, and maybe you were hoping for that, but sometimes those kinds of changes end up completely altering the person's character and removing all traces of what they were born with. I actually think he did a really good job subtly refining the tip and removing the volume of the bottom part of it. That said, I'm only seeing the profile here, so it's very possible that your straight-on view was worsened by surgery and this is a common complaint of rhino patients--a lot of docs do great profiles and post endless pictures of profiles on their site but end up actually causing the frontal view to be wider. But since you didn't post pics of the front, I can't make that judgement. Just know that at least for your profile, I think it looks really elegant! Again, I don't want to discount your feeling because without a front view, I can't make a real assessment, but hopefully you can at least see a little improvement in the profile view. Have you talked with Kim about revision? Does he acknowledge any of your grievances?

Would you mind posting a frontal view actually? Because yeah, as I said, any doc can do a decent profile but it's so hard to get the front right and I'd love to see a real patient pic from him instead of just his website pics. If you're looking into nose revision, missj who is a moderator at makemeheal has some great resources on her website.

Here you go - as you can see the profile is better but from the front, i think my nose looks wider and less angular so actually bigger in front on photos. He raised the tip a bit which was good.
I guess I just wanted a more refined nose rather than a modest change so should have gone to a different surgeon but as i was getting boobs done at same time i picked someone who i thought was good at both.
I live in a different country now so its difficult to get him to rectify. After the boobs i asked straight after the surgery for a reduction and he offered to do it for 5k but told me to wait as id like them. I have subsequently got them reduced elsewhere. RE the nose, i told him after it was still too big, - i don't want to go through another surgery so am just going to stick with it as it doesnt bother my too much - not like having big boobs did!
Peanhut7 - how do you like your bigger boobs - are you glad they ended up larger?

Thank you for your update. Sorry to hear you're disappointed with your results. I personally think you look great but I know that we each have specific goals in mind when getting surgery. Let us know how your lift goes. Take care!

Thanks for posting photos so we can see what you're describing. You mentioned you wanted to have a smaller nose but on the side-view the smaller photo is labeled "before." Is this correct?

from the first two, the second is the after pictures, since she says, her nose looks wider after. Fromt he last two photo's, the first is 'after', I can see the scar. I really think these results are very good, to be honest, i see a major difference. Sad to hear that you don't like the result @ slinky. Also very annoying that he didn't listen and made them too large. Very good luck with the revision/lift

To be honest, I think you look better, but I understand if it isn't your preference. Are you doing better and did Dr. Kim offer you a free revision?
