No pain with massage!
Well, I'm just home from having a lymphatic massage and the physio, Julie, was amazed at my tummy and wound. She said it looked like I had my surgery 4 months ago it has healed so well! My surgeon obviously knows what he is doing!! The massage didn't hurt at all and she showed me what to do for the next few weeks. Good to know I am on the right track. Julie says that in keeping the fluid moving, it will not stagnate and therefore should go away quicker and leave a better result. It's all good!! :)

Lymphatic massage arranged
Hi everyone. Just a wee update! The bloating is still there but, like everyone else, is worse after a day of activity. I have been in contact with my physiotherapist and have an appointment on Thursday for a massage. She is going to give me a few hints on what I can do to improve the swelling! Can't wait! She has been so supportive throughout too! Will keep you posted!
