2 weeks post op

I'm officially 2 weeks post op. I went for my follow up yesterday and I began carboxy. I had 3 seroma's that had to be drained and then carboxy was done. I was a little painful but nothing you can't handle. The nurse put a marble in my belly button to open it back up. My pain is diminishing day by day. I still have some swelling the lumps are starting to dissolve little by little they are still there but I massage everyday even after the nurses do it at my follow up. My skin feels like it's beginning to attach. My butt is still firm but softening. I still wear my faja and it's stuffed the nurses said I have to stay stuffed for 3 months to shape me. I still love my results and idc if I lose any more volume I'm not going for a round 2. This Recovery Requires a lot of discipline and it's a long-term commitment and a long recovery process. I won't be done my follow up until June this place really keeps a close eye on you and I don't regret my choice at all. I love Janet who is very nurturing and the staff all are helpful and pleasant. I go back to work in a few days and I think I'm ready. I am glad I took 2 weeks off though if you have this procedure you will need the 2 weeks off. I think you should do your research and know what you are getting into ahead of time so you can plan for your recovery. Well that's it for now will update with pics another time.

8 days post-op

I wrote a long review and when I tried to upload pictures it deleted everything so I am going to try to shorten what I said.
Today I am 8 days post and I'm feeling a lot better then the past several days. I've already had my 5th massage which was included with my price and what was included with my price is 25 massages/carboxy/faja. From what was explained to me carboxy anyone can get it without having sx and it is given via needles a fluid that is injected beneath the skin to dissolve fat and help tighten the skin and smooth out stretch marks.
I believe tomorrow I will begin the carboxy I've just been given massages thus far which hurts like hell but I feel a lot better afterwards. It also expedites the healing process. I also should have my drain and stitches removed and I can't wait so I can start apply my scar creams.
I feel worse at night time it feels like that's when all the swelling begins. Does anyone know when I will stop this swelling and discomfort? ? I stick with their strict rules like no salt, sugar, carbs ect. I feel like if u eat a grain of salt u swell right up. I am fed up with laying on my belly my arms, neck, side of face are sore. I can't get comfortable ever I've been sleeping on my sides I hope I don't deflate it but u need rest to heal and I have to go back to work so I need a little bit of sleep. I am also uncomfortable because all the nice nurses in the office stuff me under my garment to shape me and day by day by body gets better and better so I guess it's a sacrifice I have to make. I think that I chose the right place he is the best in Philly he does have a lot of client's but he is just under the radar. If anyone has any questions feel free to ask I'll answer the best I can and hope I can be of any help to someone that's reading. Here are some photo's per sexeeangel

2 days post op

I decided to write a new blog because I think my original blog was confusing ppl. Just a quick review I was originally going to have this procedure done last year but due to some technical issues I had to put it off. I had my sx 2 days ago. My day began as follows. I got a text the night before telling me my time which was scheduled for 11 am and all my preoperative and post-op instructions. I woke up washed with the antibacterial soap threw on my pajama ' s because I figured I would be in so much pain I wouldn't want anyone trying to change me out of clothes into pj's anyways...I arrived to the office with my husband I signed in and then we were escorted back to a room we sat there for an hour going over my paperwork that's when a young lady came and said I'm going into another room to be marked that's when I gave my baby a kiss and went off into the next room where they had my surgical clothing ready. There was another person in the operating room so the nurse said that the person was going to be discharged soon and they brought me in and the doctor started to mark my body for surgery I told my doctor exactly what I wanted because I forgot my pictures at home. Next the anesthesiologist came in asked me a few questions and started an I've and that's all she wrote. I woke up to feeling stiff and groggy. My husband and sister in law were both in the car. I got home and was up every 2 hours to walk and I took my pain meds every 4 hours to avoid the pain which works. The next day I had my f/up I got massaged and taught what to eat and how to put my faja on. I got a glimpse of what I looked like and I liked what I seen so far. Next f/u I ask them to take pictures of me. I was in too much pain. Sleeping is the worst and getting comfortable I am grateful that the Lord's been good to me and so far I'm okay. I will keep you posted. Here are my results

Provider Review

Dr.carmen dimario

I liked dr.dimario out of all my consultations he was the only Dr who sat and gave me his undivided attention explained everything to me step by step, his expectations, answered ever last one of my questions and was honest with me and told me if my expectations were realistic or not. He left and went to his other patient and when i asked the staff could I ask one more question that I forgot to ask he came back afterwards and answered them. I also, got to see his work in person and the results were great. He seems to take pride in each person he does and he was very informative that's why I choose him
