First week back to work was a killer.. I work on my feet all day but at a fast pace so yea, I had to adjust real quick but it helped me. I haven't been able to stick to all fruits and vegetables I can't work on that if I'll be on my feet all day. I need food so I'm just making healthy choices but I did cheat on Thursday I finally ate pizza lol.. My stomach still looks weird and my back still hurts since they tried to drain me. I have a knot back there I have to go on Wednesday and I'll tell them about it Cus it just doesn't seem right..

Yes every day including the padding which is so uncomfortable and Hot.. However in this pic here I don't have anything on I had just gotten out the shower.

I'm still wearing the faja but I took off The padding. The one in the front was laying in between both my ribs and my ribs were getting bruised. Plus I have a baby so I couldnt do much with all the padding on. I been without the padding for 2 days.

How r u? Girl I feel like I'm dying!!!! Sooo much pain n could barely walk!! My butt hurts so much and so does my bottom abdomen especially the left side idk why. My drainage keep leaking. My first massage was yesterday a day after op so u know I was in pain. My skin is hanging so hopefully that goes down. I didn't know it would look like that!! I go back this morning and jessica is gonna show my bf how to put the faja on n padding so I can take my first shower. Oh boy I know it's gonna be hard putting it back on. I don't wanna wear it but I have to because of my skin.

Girl, just bare with it.. Try not to confine yourself to the bed take your little walks.. Your stomach will start looking better in no time.. It hasn't been two weeks yet but I'm doing everything on my own.. And I'm not in any pain.. Well sometimes my butt starts to feel weird but I just rub it and it feels better.. The padding will be the most uncomfortable after you start feeling better especially when on hot days.. On Mother's Day it was the worse.. I was so hot but still trying to look cute with a drain. It felt like it was 100+ degrees that day.. It was crazy.. But I don't have the drain in any more, they took that out on Monday. I was so happy for that.. My stomach was very wrinkly as well don't be scared it will retract as long as you keep the padding and faja on. What times are your appt?

They're all at 8am. And it's my 2nd day n it just doesn't feel like it's getting any better. I know it will though because my friend said she felt the same. What day did you start feeling better? Tomorrow would be my 3rd day and 3rd massage and I should be better by the 3rd day so lets see. I had a lot of fluid in my lower back which is why it was hard for me to sleep at night cuz I kept feeling pressure and pain down there, also I cant really walk straight because of it. Today I am going to walk around for 20-25 mins every 2 hrs because im super stiff. Everyone has different pain tolerance and mine is low. I don't even have kids. Today I take my first shower and my bf gotta put my faja on lol. I'm gonna get a cup n pour it over my body. I'm also not drinking anymore Gatorade. Today was my last day drinking it, it was making me retain too much liquid which I knew it would anyway. So from now on, just water, pineapple juice and all natural juices.

Yea it has a lot to do with pain tolerance. My pain tolerance is very high. Most of my appt are after 11.. By my third day I was cooking and cleaning.. I stopped the Gatorade as well after the 2nd day Cus I felt so swollen. I was drinking only water and fruits.. The first two days I was passing out every time I would stand. It was horrible.. I was driving by the second day so yea it has a lot to do with your tolerance. Well hope you feel better doll..

Ok so it's all done.. Finally did it.. I was so scared going in. My first day post op isn't that bad.. I've been walking around with out help. But right after surgery it was very painful. And so comfortable. I like sleeping on my stomach but after surgery it just becomes more uncomfortable. Eating is also hailed because you can't eat stuff with salt or sugar.. I was very light headed because I didn't have a appetite. I hope tmrw is better..

Mine is next week!! I'm excited and nervous at the same time. How do u think u look? My friends face was very swollen her first 3 days because she wasn't walking as much. Now it went down. Let me know if yours is the same way. I'm scared of mine getting swollen! She has advice so ask her whatever on her blog. I talk to her everyday lol she hates the drain!!

I was swollen the first day. But I think it's Cus of the Gatorade. I stopped the Gatorade and just doing straight water and that's way better.. Yea the drain is very uncomfortable, even sleeping is uncomfortable. Plus it's starting to get hot so you're like 10 degrees hotter Cus of the garment and the padding

Lol ugh I AM not looking forward to that. Ima be so mad that ima cry lol! N yeah they tell u to drink Gatorade but I might drink water with lemon and cucumbers. Gatorade probably the 1st day but too much liquid swells you up.

It gets better its my 6th day and I'm doing everything I'm use to do doing. Only thing sucks is the drainage and shower

Yeah my friend showered the second day and she was so dizzy. Her sister in law helped her. Let me know how you feel when u take the faja off and compression stockings. I'm trying to compare so I know before my surgery. I'm NOTTTT looking forward to being uncomfortable and HOT. Good thing I have AC in my room and living room and in both of the household vehicles. I'm sure I'll see you there one day when I'm at my massage appt.

I took my shower yesterday and I almost past out twice. I had to wash my garment so it took little longer. Putting the garment back on was a major struggle tho.. My boyfriend almost gave up and he was so frustrated. The massage hurt too.. I took a painkiller one day but the following day I said I was just go and I regretted it to bad Cus I was in so much pain.. Good luck

Trust me when they take the drainage off and the stitches it gets easier. They took off all my stitches and drain yesterday and I can move more getting up from bed doesnt hurt anymore. I never take a pain killer for massage I am going to take them for carboxy lol

Good I can't wait.. Today's massage didn't hurt as much but I had retained liquid in my back so they had to stick me with a needle to get it out. That was the only painful thing

Make sure your towels are thick Cus I bought mine at Anne linens and they are thin so I had to had stuff to it. I would suggest buying fruits and things with no salt and no sugar. So you can eat the first couple days.. I also got Gatorade to replenish my electrolytes. Buy bottles of water. I also took additional pain killers like Tylenol Cus the first day I was in a lot of pain.. That's about all I can remember. Plus I made sure to clean every thing and washed everything. Cus it will take a couple days before you're able to do your own things

Yeah I am washing clothes and cleaning my house today to have everything ready for next week. I can't believe I'm 4 days away! I'm also going food shopping today. I bought a pack of 8 low calorie Gatorades (45cal). The problem is that it has 12g of sugar so I'm gonna be careful with it because sugar and salt swells you. I have water and thick towels, they're actually very big lol. I have all my vitamins (centrum multivitamins, vitamin C, iron vitamins, and the 2 other pulls we gotta take 5&4 days prior to surgery. They're giving me my pain pills script the morning of. I also bought a new pillow, wipes, dial antibacterial soap, wash cloths, and a female urinal! I almost bought a beach chair for my living room so I can watch tv because my bf would just have to cut it in the bottom and put a pillow under so I'm not sitting on my butt and a towel in back of my neck and one under my thighs for support (I saw a girl do this on here lol she posted a pic and it's a smart idea). But I didn't buy it yesterday because we wanna wait and see if it's really necessary because the cheapest one was $33.00 in target. How does your stomach and butt look? Are you posting any butt pics at all?

Wow you're really ready.. Yea antibacterial soap I forgot about that one.. That the major issue in having now is finding ways to sit. Cus I'm tired of laying down. And i like moving so I can't be laying down. Today i cleaned my bathroom and I did laundry. So I back at it all already. Just some pain in my butt. I also started taking some stool softener a couple days ago Cus I wasn't trying to push too much.. And that really helped. The beach chair is a great idea I tried to do a one of those fold up chairs but that didn't work too well. Cus my boyfriend started cutting it with out me telling him anything and now it's too big.. I don't have many pics.. But I'll send you some in a private message.

I read your private msg before this post lol I thought u didn't wanna send any due to privacy concerns but now I get it. R u having trouble sending them? I don't recommend cleaning or anything lol. They said even if u feel better not to clean or do too much. I'm not gonna wear the faja for 3 months. Ima wear it for 2 weeks and then I a buy another one without zippers or metal clips. Those can mess up your belly button shape because they're so tight and pressed against it. My friends belly button looks weird to me n she said it's because the faja. I want a tight faja but the most comfortable one so Ima go to this place on 5th st I think it is to shop for 1 after my surgery. How many cc's did he put into your butt??
