Best Decision! - Bal Harbour, FL

The short version of my review is that having Dr. Miami do my mommy makeover is one of the best decisions I have ever made. The longer version is that for a long time, I felt like spending money on plastic surgery was foolish and frivolous. Then after two pregnancies (one with twins) I found it was just so hard to get everything back to the way it was! I was slowly becoming an introvert and never really felt comfortable with my appearance. I did a consult with one of the top plastic surgeons in the city where we live, and his quote was twice as much as Dr. Miami's. On top of that, as I sat in his office and looked at his "before and after"'s I didn't think the after's looked that great. I started looking through websites of other plastic surgeons, and I just wasn't impressed with anyone else's work. Then I reached out to a friend who had surgery and looked great - she gave me Dr. Miami's number. I dragged my sister in law with me over to Miami so we could both do a consult. I loved how friendly and fun and outgoing everyone in his office was. I had my consult, paid my deposit, scheduled my surgery and then ended up canceling because I still wasn't sure. My sister in law went ahead with hers and she looked so amazing and had such a great experience I called back to reschedule, only to discover there was then a year wait for the surgery! I scheduled anyway and waited patiently. I had my surgery 7 months ago and I have had a very smooth recovery and LOVE the results. I wish I hadn't waited so long to do it. It's been amazing for my marriage, because I feel so good about myself and love getting dressed up and going out with him. Amazing for my kids because I get out there and do things with them, like swimming ;)
Dr. Miami's staff was amazing, beginning to end! I especially love how Dr. Miami seems to strive to take away the stigma or secrecy of plastic surgery. I remember comparing myself to women my own age with great bodies, only later to find out they had plastic surgery. I'm proud to let people know that I had work done and who did it. I highly recommend Dr. Miami and his staff. They are all professional, competent, fun and truly some of the kindest people you will ever meet.
