I wanted to get my boobs fixed from the moment I stopped breast feeding and watched them deflate as my milk dried out. I breastfed my twins for 18 months and I don't regret it but it took a toll on my breasts. I found Dr. Miami on Instagram and started following and fell in love with his work and that motivated me to also get Lipo with my breast augmentation. The more I followed the snap hat and Instagram the more procedures I wanted so I ended up with Breast Lift with implant, Lipo abdomens, flanks, arms and back and BBL. I am now exactly a month post op and I still pretty uncomfortable in certain positions when sitting, and laying down. I am back at work but with certain restriction. My left breast is also very swollen and my areola does. It look the same as the right but I have to wait and see what happens if it will get better on its own or I will need surgery to correct it.

WOAH! You look awesome! How is the lipo from your arms? Do you feel that it was worth it.... Where exactly on the arms did he get fat from, just the tricep area? Thanks for posting!

I'm a nurse too. I work ortho surgery unit. I passed meds, didn't lift anyone or take anyone to the bathroom. I work with a great team of nurses and techs that have been helping me

Thats awesome! I work in the ICU. When did you go back to work? Do you feel like you would have been able to go back 2 weeks after? We work 3 12s a week and our weeks run sun-sat... So my plan was to work sun, mon, tue night before my sx on friday. Then skip work the next week and then go back the following week for work on Thurs, fri, sat night. That would give me like 13 days post op to recover. I was hoping not to have to tell my coworkers that Ive had surgery so maybe I will tell a little white lie saying I fell and hurt my back or something.

My surgery was in Thursday so I did the same as you worked Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Went for my preop Wednesday. I live 2.5 hrs away from Drs office! Surgery Thursday. Didn't work the following week and went back to work Thursday Friday and Saturday of the second week so I was off for 15 days. He told me no heavy lifting for a month though only three pounds. Not even my kids....telling them your back hurts is good... But a lot of my coworkers could tell I have a super tiny waist now that they can see thru the scrubs

Did you feel okay on your feet those 12 hours? Did you sit to chart at all? Thanks so much for answering all of my questions, this has been one of my main concerns and its nice to have someone thats in the exact same boat as you occupation-wise. Yea I wear really baggy jackets now so that hopefully they wont notice. But if they do eventually I will say something. They just seem so judgmental unfortunately

I work with a whole bunch of young people and the rest are older but those haven't noticed or offered any help anyways. My manager knows I had some kind of procedure and told everyone to help.

I'll have to ask the doctor for them because I never took pictures where you could see my arms... I'll post them now and see what I can find on my phone. But I love the arm Lipo it makes me look so much skinnier

At one month post op I am a little unhappy because my left breast is swollen and implant has not dropped while my right has dropped and my breasts look very asymmetrical. I'm still loving my body. Still getting massages and still have some swelling in all Lipo areas... I'm still wearing foam and the triangle above my butt in these pictures so I look bigger but I am a lot smaller in person I guess
