Seromas :(
So it looks like I have a couple seromas that developed in my abdomen. Fml. ANDY my doctor is on vacation. I have to call the nurse first thing in the morning. Has anyone else gone through this?? It's a little worrisome. :((

They'll try to aspirate it with a needle doesn't hurt don't be too worried yet:-) is it like a waterbed when u push on the abdomen??!

Some are squishy and two others are rock hard but they have turned purplish over a few days. I'm assuming It's a pool of blood underneath. I'm kinda freaking out.

What did your PS say about your seromas? I'm curious as I believe mine has come back and my PS said it would absorb back into my system. It seems to have gotten bigger since then and I'm freaking out dude.

Jesus! Im sorry! I have been totally MIA LOL. I finally had to go to get it aspirated and within 2 days it was gone. thank you. what about yours?

So sorry I haven replied! I got it aspirated which didnt hurt but there was ALOT of blood pooled in there. Super dark and it squirted right out. Gross

Got the goods!
Went out and picked these bad boys up! I really hope this week it gets better. I go back to work next Monday and I would like to wear pants lol

Girl I feel just like you. I'm swollen, achey, tired and everything else. I go back to work next week too but Wednesday. I keep asking myself how much better do I think I'll feel between now and then. We are like a day or two apart from our surgery. I need to get out of this house too .

How is your swelling?? Girl I went out and did groceries with all the kids. Thank god for the cart lol everyone was looking at me weird. It was pretty funny. But I felt totally wiped out by the night time.

Hey boo!! How are u feeling?? What do those "goods" do for you? Do they help with swelling? I went back to work today and it isn't that bad. Although nosey mf's keep asking me y I'm hunched over I just say I'm fine. But not really in any pain just a little hunched over walking like a granny. But let me know what those pills are for if they help for swelling I'm grabbing me some today. I wore my regular work slack pants but couldn't button them. But then again I also hve my compression garment on. So I wore a long tank top under a sweater so PPl wouldn't see!! Lol

Ha ha. That made me laugh. Just tell them you sprained your back over the weekend ;) Rawr lol that'll shut them up for sure. Well mama, honestly.. I didn't see those pills doing anything for me. They are homeopathic and I started taking them two weeks prior to surgery but like I said.. I noticed nada. That for the Arnica pills. The Bromelain pills another RS woman told me about it. How it worked for her to reduce swelling because of the pineapple proteins and all that jazz lol so far so good I guess. The Arnica ointment tho. Oh. Em. Gee. That ish is amazeballs! I rub it on 3-4 a day on all the areas that are sore and rock hard and I swear to you.. It softens it. Last night was so comfortable and nice to sleep on and that with the combination of the heating pad. Wow. My hubby kept asking from the shower if I was ok because as I was laying on the bed the heating pad working on that ointment.. Let's just say it was heavenly and he thought something was going on out there without him. Haha. I'm not trying on my pants until Sunday. I don't wanna think about it. And it's gonna be yoga pants for the first few weeks lol oh welllllll.

Hi there, hope you are well on the road to recovery? I hope you are feeling good, and everything is settling down and healing nicely.. I am having my operation on Tuesday. I was wondering if you noticed if the Arnica helped with bruising and swelling? I have Arnica Gel, but not sure whether to get Arnica pills too?? What do you recommend?
