Lipo 360, Fat Transfer to Breast by Dr. Miami

I couldn't have been luckier to go through my whole experience with Dr. Michael (Miami) and all of his staff, from my consultation to my current post ops appointments. On the day of my consultation I went in thinking I needed a breAst lift and Lipo, I first met Yeni, she is really nice and comforting. She took my pictures and asked some questions then she went out and came back in with him. I can't begin to explain how comfortable and caring Dr. Michael is. At no point, did he make me feel like I wanted to put my clothes on and feel shameful of my body at the time. When we started discussing procedures, he suggested to do a fat transfer to the breast instead of a lift because of my age and no kids. I knew right away that I wasn't going to find a better surgeon because of that. And our patient to surgeon bond began. I was really glad that he took everything in consideration and did not just make me feel like another patient with a paycheck. He actually wants to give you what is best for you individually. The days before my surgery I had most of the contact with Tati, who was really nice and gave me tons of information. Every time I spoke to her on the phone, she always sounded just as excited as I was for my surgery, which was really comforting. I did all my pre op in his office with Marlene and Dr. Aquinin, both fantastic. Extremely professional and caring, they really made me feel that they were making sure my health was in good shape for my surgery. They were really patient too and will answer all your questions, I ask a lot. I had my surgery Feb 23, I was the first surgery. I came in, saw Tati, did my last test and went back to the room to wait for Dr. Michael, when he came in he was really energized and happy, he marked my body and when on his way. I was feeling really good, wasn't extremely nervous, everyone in the office will literally make you feel more excited! Barry (anesthesiology) came and got me and we were on our way to the operating room. I laid down, I remember seeing a picture of my face( that I thought I looked really pretty on) and then Barry said, let the party begin and off I was to Beauty Warrior Land. I woke up a couple of hours later with Chelsea (Nurse) who is awesome! She was talking with me as I was waking up and answering all of questions. She really made me feel that everything went really well. Thank you to Rob for talking to my dad through our my whole surgery and giving him updates! I went home and basically slept for the rest of the day. I wasn't in excruciating pain, I had pain, but I mean who gets Lipo and doesn't expect to feel pain? But all tolerable. On the second day Aline (nurse) came to see me, she checked on everything and thankfully HELPED ME SHOWER, I needed it. She was really patient and gentle, I kind of wanted her to visit me everyday.. The rest of the week was fairly easy, eat, sleep, repeat. I had some discomfort Sunday night, I contacted Dr. Michael and right away first thing Monday I was in his office with him. I was emotional and he basically acted like my psychologist and literally made me feel 100 times better. Just the fact that I was able to see him a couple of hours after my discomfort started made me feel better. He took out my drains and and sutures and I was able to get off the medication and I was feeling like a new person. I was out and walking around the next day. He checked up on me in the next couple of days too, you really can't get better than that. A week later I got a call from the lovely Maria, scheduled my second follow up with Marlene, I had some fluid that she helped me drained and walked me through all of the steps and she was really gentle too. In my last visit I met Rosy and Rob who have their office In the same floor, they're both in the operational side but they came out said hello, asked how I was doing and actually remembered me. Which is awesome, most of the times when someone doesn't have something to do directly with you they kind of just mind their own business and go about their day. And there it is the complete opposite. I genuinely feel like I have become part of a family, Dr. Miami's family and I really couldn't imagine sharing this process with anyone else. :)
