28 Yrs Old Skinny but with a Little Belly - Bal Harbour, FL

I have always been skinny but I had little belly mainly on the lower abdominal and could not get rid of it. I also wanted a smaller waist to be able to appear shapier. I had a girlfriend that did the procedure and she looked amazing super tiny waist and I wanted that.
