31yrs Old; Periareolar Breast Lift W. Silicone Implant - Bal Harbour, FL

Dr. Salzhauer was the only surgeon to suggest a periareolar lift and that is why I chose him. I had seen a few NY doctors who kept suggesting an anchor lift. Im 31 and wasn't ready for that kind of scar just yet. I was a deflated 32DDD (more skin than tissue after having 2 kids few yrs apart) so I chose round high profile silicone implants. I expressed to the doctor I did not want any scars so he suggested 500cc's to fill them. He advised me that the amount of stretched skin I had, anything less than 500cc's would require me to get a breast reduction which would mean more scars. I took his suggestion of 500cc's and am so glad I did. I was intimidated by the number at first and did not want my breasts to project larger than before surgery. I wanted them to look exactly how they looked in a bra, but with out one ;) He nailed it! Im 6mos post op and my scar around my nipple has already started to blend. No one can tell where I was cut. I rarely wear a bra. They project the same as before surgery except now they sit higher and fluffier and rounder and perkier and he made my nipples smaller so its sexier now rather than stretched out and... Should I go on? They look and feel real! He surpassed my expectations. Everyone I worked with in his office was a tremendous help. The nurse who came to visit me the day after surgery ( I cant remember her name but it was Yeni's sister ;) ) was sooooo sweet to me. I had a hard time opening the door when she got to my hotel room bc it was heavy and my husband had went down to feed the meter. She was so understanding and waited there for my husband to get back. She took such good care of me in my most vulnerable time and she made me feel like I was her sister. My surgical coordinator was Arianny. She was so patient and knowledgable. Like most patients, I was a freak immediately after booking surgery, emailing her a million questions every couple of days. I think I harassed her for an entire month after I booked my surgery and she neeerever made me feel like I was the nusance I truly was LoL She was prompt at answering emails. She was everything I needed during this experience. I have read many reviews online for Dr. S and I have yet to see anyone mention his banadages after surgery... Here's a cute lil insider... They cut a guaze into a perfect square and then dead center they cut out a tiny heart that your nipples can protrude through naturally. My husband got a kick out of that and we both thought it was a super cute personal touch.
