As you ladies know , I have been an active member of Realself for the past few years. I have had multiple procedures with Dr.Salzhauer. Last one being my BBL in August of 2014, although I have a lot of upper top shelf fullness, my bottom shelf and crease lacks volume, and I have some lateral indents that need to be curved out some and smoothed. For most my current results would be enough, but for me I want to be as close to perfection as possible. I hope that Dr. Salzhauer can deliver that this time! I have gained 15 pounds for this revision, and I am a total health nut, so it has been so tough for me, but I want the results so badly! 5 more weeks ladies!

Good luck hon. I see what you are talking about at the bottom. You want it perfectly round. For me with, age my butt has lost definition at the bottom. My dad had warned me this would happen (It get my butt from his side off the family) And So I need Dr. Miami to go in and fix it. I too want more crease and bottom cheek age. I will be checking out your results to see how he helped you!

Hey there! Thank you for seeing what I see! Most tell me I look just fine, but I don't think so, I need that crease at the bottom to match the top! I can't wait for this to all over and I have the exact booty I desire! Honestly there's no squat ,lunge, dead lift. That could ever build a booty like a BBL. I'm so looking forward to putting this all behind me! Literally ! Lol

Girl I feel you. You are either born with it or you are not. And even if you are, when you get older you have to work hard to maintain it. I never had a deep crease, but it use to be perfectly round with just enough crease. After my booty started to drop I started doing squats on the squat machine and it did helpa little. I did the leg press machine, I even walked on the treadmill on incline. But I just couldn't get the bottom half to round out perfectly. My top half is still round. But the bottom is lumpy ugh! And I hate to wear leggings now. So I feel you. It need to match, from the bottom to the top!

Also if you feel like your shrinking, make sure your not applying too much pressure on your bottom, lay on your tummy as much as possible for the first three weeks. And keep eating a lot to maintain those fat cells, your recovery period is no time to be dieting, it is crucial to help your fat transfer survive. So feed your body! You'll see your booty plump up!

Here we go again mami lol .. Well i'm happy you finally got a date. I'm scheduled for my revision Sept 3rd, but might have to reschedule. Same deal with me .. Lacking volume in the bottom but mainly I'd like to fix all the dents i have (including my cellulite). I'm a little skeptical of him lipo'ing my tummy - since I too had a TT. I've seen girl that have lots of uneveness when the tummy is lipo'ed. Ughhhh ... I rather him take it from my back. We'll see! Did he say where they would lipo the fat from?? I will not let him touch my arms or legs as now i am superrrrr saggy in those areas :-( Anyways, good luck chica!! i will be checking in on you!

Hey girly! Long time no talk mama! Glad to hear from you, yes you know exactly how I feel, revsion is in order. It needs to be fixed, especially the bottom creases. I had a tummy tuck two years ago and when I went in for the bbl, he lipoed my tummy and it was flat as a board, my abs were popping through. No unevenness for me. I am having him lipo my abdomen my back my legs and arms if needed. Where ever he can get the fat from I want him to lipo. I have some unevenness for the first two months, but once I hit the gym again all of that goes away. I had a bit of sagging in my arms post op, but wih proper weight training it goes away and tightens up. I have gained weight every where again so I need a total overhaul of lipo, and then the transfer to those areas in my booty that need help. It has been so frustrating the past few months, I hope the second round he nails it! So did you rechedule for sept 3rd or are you keeping that date? Have you considered other surgeons, or do you want to stick to dr sal? I ain't gonna lie, I did start looking into other plastic surgeons, but I ended up not following through because dr Sal answered me back and made me feel like I was coming back to him for all the right reasons. Lately I have felt like he may be too busy for me, but he's never disappointed me with results. I'm trying to have faith this time around, I know we don't get too many chances to get this bbl right! Hopefully second round is a charm. Did he charge you for the revision?

This weight gain and minimal activity is the worst! I wish these next 6 weeks could fly by already! I'm anxious and excited for my second round, I hope that it's everything I expect. I have been looking at butt implants but that may be too risky. Although the look of butt implants look really nice, I think the feel of them and risk of complications is a no go for me. So fingers crossed doctor sal will knock this second round out of the park. I hope he lipo's all the fat off my body!

I have been up and down about this revision , some days I feel like I shouldnt push my luck and others I say to myself, I ahve come to far to quit now! I hope I make it these last 33 days. Lately I have been feeling like going back to the gym 100 and taking my losses. But then I do think about I have gained the weight and it's only 33 more days. It will be here before I know it. Does anyone else to through such an emotional roller coaster???

I know. I struggled with gaining weight too.... If it wasnt for my broad shoulders, i would keep it. but i have to loose atleast 10lb.

Girl quit playing, you still look good. It's cause you toned and not sloppy looking. I started to look sloppy gaining weight in what seemed overnight. But I am back on my grind. I have about 15lbs to lose. But time wise, You closer than me, and I heard those last few weeks fly by. Keep it up doll!

I hope he does some serious lipo on me so I can be mean again! Lol and yes I hope these 4 weeks fly by! I am not looking forward to down time, but it's worth the little touch ups I need!
