Right now I weigh 122lbs. I gained a few lbs but that was just pure muscle. I have a more muscular body with a few imperfections (tummy, flanks, hips). I'm not sure if I should gain any weight for surgery. I'm already short as it is so I thought I don't need to gain weight. My dr said I can gain 5lbs if I want a very big butt. My friends told me 10lbs because I don't have a lot of fat in certain areas (upper back). What do you ladies think?

Here are 2 current pics of me. I want a small 22' waist with fat injected into my butt and hips. The last 2 are my wish pics :) She got work done by Dr. S and looks amazing so I know it is possible to get those results. A big reason why I chose Dr. S is because of her results.

We have similar mesurements. Im considering Salzhauer as well... I'm only at 110 lbs right now so I still need to gain some weight. I love your wish pics. Is she on realself? Id like to know what was her weight before the procedure. She looks great.. and Im sure you will too!
No on IG. I'm not sure exactly maybe around 120. That's great he is highly talented. I love his staff they are very attentive and nice. Another reason why I chose him as well lol. The horror stories of Vanity made me run away from them.
How much weight are you planning on gaining?
He said I don't have to gain weight but if I want a very big butt then 5-10lbs. I don't know if I want to gain that much weight because I'm already 120lbs, with a lot of that being muscle especially on my upper back and thighs.
Great post! We are almost the Same measurements..im 5'1 126 pounds 34-31-36..im looking for a smaller waist..ive started to gain weight because im worried about being to skinny

After 5 months of research, I have decided to go...
After 5 months of research, I have decided to go with my original decision of doing a BBL with Dr S. I am 4'11, 120lbs, and my measurements at 32-27-37. It is important to schedule your apt with Dr S. because he's becoming very popular due to snapchat and Instagram. As far as I know he is booked until December 2015. When I first called to make an appointment back in January he was available in May, my original date. If you want to do a procedure with him, make one now or else it's too late.

I am also 4'11. I just had my BBL 3/3/15 before i had the bbl I weighed 126 lbs now I am down to 120lbs. I would definitely recommend it. your going to love your results. Good Luck on your journey.
I agree. He is so booked its crazy. I went in on 1/21 and got my appt for next sunday. Can't wait. I swear, after I left that day he just BLEW UP! lol That says a lot about him!

I live in NY and my consultation isn't until June 24th, I guess I won't be able to get it done until April or May by the time I get to book something : (

Seriously? That's crazy. I know he is booked until Feb now. It took me 2 weeks for a consultation and that was in December. He's an amazing doctor so it's worth the wait. It will give you more time to prepare for surgery with the cost, etc.
