Reviews you can trust, from real people like you.
How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Surgery cancelled
So my surgery was cancelled.
In my consultation I mentioned to Dr. Salzhauer the medications I was taking and he had no problem with it. I did my pre op bloodwork and it showed my liver enzymes as high and abnormal. I found out this was a reaction to my medications and I stopped them and notified the office. Because of the test my PCP sent me to get a sonogram of my liver showing I had fat in it (which everyone pretty much everyone has).
I was gaining weight for the surgery but Barry essentially told me I had gotten too fat and was not cleared for surgery. I was still under 32 BMI.
I have a VERY small issue with my neck and Barry said he was concerned about turning me over on the table which was a joke, because I still have a great range of motion.
My board certified anesthesiologist sent a letter telling him there was nothing to be concerned about with my neck and rolled her eyes at the cop out.
This was 3 weeks before surgery. I stopped my medication and my liver enzymes went back to normal in addition to me losing 16 lbs in 2.5 weeks because of it. I sent my new normal labwork to the office repeatedly but got no real response about clearance. I decided to ask for my full refund before they saw it, cleared me, and rescheduled the surgery. I was in Miami on vacation because I didn't want to waste my flight.
I setup a consultation with Salama and met and saw several girls who were at various points in their recovery. His work looked great in person so I put down my deposit. I received a full refund from Rosy. (If you're not medically cleared you get your deposit back).
I showed my labwork to Salama and he didn't have any problems with it and that I would need clearance from my PCP and internist when it came time for surgery.
I'm scheduled with him September 15, 2016.
I'm SOOOOOOO grateful because I feel like me not being cleared was a serious blessing in disguise. I can't tell you how many reviews I've read recently of women from December till now who had surgery with Dr. Salz that have described their butts as "deformed" and are seeking revisions. Some of them won't even post pictures because it looks so bad but I'm glad their sharing their stories. I'll be staring a new journey/review in 4 months with Salama hopefully!

I hate to say it…
I hate to say it … but some of these "reviews" by patients are VERY suspect for a few reasons.
1. Most dolls created their profiles long before their surgery, NOT the same day of the review! Why? Because we wanted to see photos of other dolls. You cannot view photos unless you have an account.
2. It's ALWAYS 5 stars. Your doctor and office (including mine) may be superb but likely one of those categories truly deserved a 4 or less.
3. There are no photos. This day in age, it's normal to post a picture about something, especially if you're excited and ranting about it!
4. The dolls posting these never reply. After they post their review, they never answer any questions. Most real women are asking questions like, "is my tummy supposed to be hard?", "why is it burning?", or "are lumps normal?".
5. There are always several positive reviews posted RIGHT after a negative one.
I want to know if office staffs are requesting old patients who didn't know about Realself (I don't know how) to do a review. My suspicion is that the staff itself is doing them. There are no such thing as coincidences.

The weight gain journey
So today I saw a fat booty that certainly wasn't from God but it sure was heavenly! I'm gaining weight so I can get one like that! Dr. Salzhauer said the more I gain, the more he can transfer. I've been a black hole for food! So ready for this BBL!
