Hey ladies. I have another technique that has worked excellently (is that a work? Lol) for me...it's simply a rolling pin I got from target. I've been using it on my Lipo areas as well and my booty and it is PERFECT for smoothing out those lions and bumps and a cheaper alternative to massages. I usually have on a Cami or tank and roll away wherever I feel a lump. There's no right or wrong way but it has definitely helped me so so much in these areas and also softened my bottom. I think it was $25 but anywho. Try it out. Tell me what you think.

This may be TMI .... BUT....
So have any of you ladies wonderin when or how soon you could resume sex? Well let me tell you....
I came with by boyfriend so the 4th day after surgery I had sex with my garment on lol (yea I know smh) there's a huge hole in the bottom so ehhhh why not. It wasn't so bad...at all. Maybe the pain pills helped? I'm a risk taker so I think I liked the thrill more lol but anyways I did again about 10 days post op and it was GREAT! By body was a little sore and but ladies I kid you not...it kind of fluffed out my butt a little! The next day I was like heyyyyy boootayyyyyyy! That's boxy look was gone! I advise only doggy or if you must lay down have the boppy pillow under you with the open part toward your back. Thank me later ;)

Hello I was wondering did u drain a lot after surgery? My hubby is coming with me and I no everyone's different but I no that'll freak him out lol thanks
I had 3 pockets of fluid that they drained at me one week post op. It's a needle the they stick in the area and drain the fluid. All you feel is the needle sticks. Not bad at all.

Girl, I'm still not sitting lol. I've sat a few times and I'm up within a minute or two. I'm gonna start sitting for a bit at a time next week. I feel pretty good most of the time. My lower back kills me in the morning from sleeping on stomach all night, other than that not bad. I feel like one hip and cheek is a tad bit bigger so I'm really looking forward to the fluff. I'm really happy with the stomach lipo. That's initially what I went for. I had the skinny fat girl look going-thin and then the pregnant looking belly. He did an amazing job. My stomach hasn't been this flat since before my kids 17 years ago. The bbl I added after and stressed to just make proportioned. So since he didn't over stuff with fat I guess it's what's making me more paranoid about sitting. Don't wanna risk losing too much.
