Abdominal/Back Liposuction. Bal Harbour, FL

I chose this Dr because he comes highly recommended. No doubt he is the best. Not only did I hear great things about the Dr, I was also told that the staff was amazing. However, there were a couple of hiccups along my journey. I know how a business can get when they have more work than they can handle, and unfortunately the clients are the ones that suffer from it. My patient coordinator would take weeks to respond to her emails. I had to talk to the office manager to be able to get some sort of answer. She did help me greatly and I appreciate her efforts to make things better. As I got closer to my surgery date, there was another hiccup, which was that I didn't get the prescriptions in a timely fashion which my patient coordinator was suppose to have sent out. Another staff member who takes care of patients that are traveling took care of the situation and got my medication and brought them to the office for the day of my surgery. Lastly, the day of surgery I was suppose to be in by 1:00pm. We arrived around 11:30am because we came from another city so we wanted to make sure we got there. However, I didnt get operated on till 7pm. Not a biggy because things happen. But I just wish that someone could have been giving us updates or making sure I was ok. The anesthesiologist was awesome, he made me smile and made me feel like I was in good hads.

As far as the recovery, the nurse that came to my house was awesome. She helped me out alot and I definitely felt comfortable with her. Also my nurse that I saw for my first week appt was also amazing. She gave me helpful tips and advice for recovery and what to expect. I also got texts from another nurse Yeni who I haven't met but she wanted to make sure I was doing good and answered any questions I had.

I also didn't have so much pain, only in my lower back and I also didn't bruise as badly as they said I would which I am glad I didn't. So far I am loving the results and I can't wait to see the finale.
