I'm very happy with my results. I need to lose stomach weight since my big boobs don't disskies my rolls anymore. But I'm afraid of losing a breast size. I fit into a 38 D from Victoria Secret and my right breast is still larger. I think it's the pretty one because she is fuller!
Overall my shoulder, neck, and my back feel so much better and relieved of pain. I still get some nerve spasms under and the sides of both breasts. That's apparently normal because they are trying to reconnect. My left nipple still has no feeling but the right has reached some sensitivity.
I still have more time to heal.

4 weeks post-op

Happy Everyday! This has definitely been a journey. I'm only 4 weeks post-op and the girls are doing great. I feel like I'm rushing them to heal. My right breast has giving me doubts this entire time. Currently she looks great, still hard swollen, steri tape hanging, color changes daily. Apparently she had more stress put on her then the left side. More tissue and fat was taken. Patience is definitely a factor when it comes to a BR. Even though I continue to say 4 months is the complete healing time (as my mouth drops). I'm trying and I am Thankful Everyday that they/we will be Happy and less heavy.

In terms of physiological healing times, it actually takes 12 months for the breasts to completely heal. I am 7 months post op and still seeing changes in my breasts However as i am in the final stages of healing, changes now are subtle and are more of the perfecting stages towards the end result. But you are quite right, patience is most certainly a big factor with regards to a BR. Happy healing.

My left side was my trouble maker. It had very bad bruising and took 6+ weeks for the skin color to go back to normal. I'm 3 months out and I actually like the shape/appearance of slow poke leftie better :)

That's great to know I'm not alone. I know it will get better in time but who has time... My righty tighty thinks so!

I'm 3-1/2 weeks out and feel the same way. I'm still very hard and swollen (both sides) in the evening and sore incisions. BR does take such a long time to heal. I don't think that fully registered until now. It's surely teaching me patience. But absolutely love my new small breasts and am excited everyday to admire them. Haha :)

Day by Day
Frogger1December 23, 2016
Today is 3 weeks post-op I feel great. My girls have there moments. Sometimes they are ready for the day and others they definitely warn me that they have done too much the previous day. The healing is a day by day process!
We (husband and I) are very happy and look forward to 100% healing!
