Hi all I'm 23 years old weigh about 98-103 lbs currently a 32a and chose to get 400cc silicone implants under the muscle I'm looking to achieve a very nice natural looking full C..anyone on here with similar stats that got 400cc to help me out surgery is in less than a week and I'm still freaking out about the size!

Good luck with your surgery, it's so close :). I'm not sure what your height is but I'm 5 feet, usually around 112 lbs. I did 400cc's silicone under muscle so feel free to have a look at my pics. I think you will definitely be bigger than a C!
Hello. I'm 5'3" and weigh 108lbs. I was a 34A prior to my surgery and I got 354ccs silicone implants under the muscle. We should be very close in sizes and I think you should be fine with 400ccs. Even swollen mine aren't too big. I just had surgery on 12 Mar. My PS said I would be a mid C.
Thanks so much for the advise I'm really scared I'm going to end up too big, I want a look of a c but also hear that with implants size is not the same as If they are real? Also when trying on the implants I really like the way the 350 cc look on me and was told to go with 400 cc to achieve that look, however I worry about end up being a DD/E cup
You will end up wearing at least a D cup but I'm almost certain you will be wearing a DD. I was a 32 A and I got 300 cc an I wear a 32 D. I swear I only look like a full B small C. I know it sounds weird I was confused when I would hear girls say this but implants look smaller under clothes than natural boobs. If 400 cc fits your bwd then go for it you won't regret it. I wish I could of gone that big but my bwd was onl 11cm.

Yes at time but I think that it has to do with the fact that I always wore extremely padded bras so with clothes on prior to my surgery I never looked flat chested due to my bras. Now that I have my surgery I can wear bras without any padding and my boobs feel like they look just a tad bigger in clothes now than they did before in clothes. When I'm naked they're a perfect size. When I start to think my boobs are small I grab my boobs and remind myself this is all boob now before I would just be grabbing padded bra. Just listen to you doctors recommendation when it come to size and make sure the implant you select fits your bwd. Don't e afraid to ask your doctor what your bwd is. Your implant width should not go over your bwd but more than a cm and even that might be pushing it. Try to stay as close to it as possible. Mine was 11 cm and my 300 cc were 11.1 cm so pretty close.
I am 5'1 and 103 pounds. I have a small, petite frame and "child like chest cavity." I did 400cc, surgery was ten days ago. They look perfect (after having ups and down while they dropped and swelled) and I have zero regrets. I have decided to stop posting on Real Self because once you post, you cannot close your account and have it all deleted, otherwise, I would show you pictures. Everyone I have seen say they fit my frame perfectly. The recovery has been a bit longer because it was a drastic change to my chest AND I was wearing too tight of a bra at first and it caused skin ulceration--I just didn't know. I bought the BCBG sizes medium and large at Academy and removed the padding. They are very comfortable and I have no more pain and do not need pain meds. I have a naturally fit body, adorned with a six pack and a booty, but I gained 11 pounds in water weight. It was very discouraging, but by day 9, it had subsided. Just a heads up on that. Good luck!
Thank you so much for your reply, really I am soaking up every bit of information I can at this point surgery is in just two days and I'm really scared 400cc will make me look like I'm going to tip over because unfortunaly like my boobs my butt is pretty flat as well
Your post made me laugh because I feel the exact same way! I am soaking up every bit of info too!! What did your doctor think about the size for your frame? I'm hoping after showing my doctor wish pics and getting my measurements that he will honestly tell me what he thinks would look best. I just don't want to go too small and wish I had gone a tiny bit larger! Good luck!!! Can't wait to hear how everything goes.
Haha so glad I can help, your right this website is very addicting I've been on this every day for the past few weeks it's soo crazy! And we'll my doctor didn't reallg suggest a size he said to chose between 300 350 and 400 cc high profile to achieve the look I want I wish he was in there when I actually tried them on however it was only the nurse and I, I will def keep you posted because I know how curious we all get! Hi, I'm 5'5 and weigh 98-100lbs and I'm worried about the exact same thing! I want a very natural look but at the same time want a lot bigger boobs than I have now (34A). I want it to be worth it!! My first consult is March 23rd. I would love a Full C or small D as well. I'm hoping I can achieve that! So happy to read other posts that are similar to mine. I have learned so much from this site.
