Now let me start off by saying The nurse who performed my procedure was amazing she was sweet kind and patient I’m not saying any of this had to do with her it’s probably just my body reaction. So unfortunately I got a ridiculous amount of welding it is now starting to go away however there are some left which I’m afraid they are scars I haven’t found any pictures like mine so far so I’m actually pretty nervous of what happened here the numbing is starting to go away so that is good but I’m afraid I just ruined my skin for $2000. I am postponing my face procedure until I can decide if this is a good choice for me or not. Any ideas on what could’ve happened here I actually got really scared and still kind of am I messed my skin up.

Hi! I am an esthetician and I preform untherapy and I think the settings she used were to high and/or deep for your skin. Use ice so help calm it. When did you have this done?

I am happy to see someone comment I haven’t really gotten any good advice I got this done August 24 of last month the walls are finally healing up but I’m very numb still I hope it goes away. When using the settings to hire too deep for my skin do you think I could have damage later like fat loss?

I've had welts after ultherapy and it's almost 2 weeks later, I can't really see them going away yet although they are less red than the first few days. Did your go away? I have seen that when the most superficial level, 1.5mm used it does this to some people.

I‘m sorry that happened. I hope it has gotten better since then. I just saw your neck and was wondering if your thyroid is ok.

I have an appointment tomorrow with the PA I’m nervous that this procedure just ruined my neck I know it’s too early to tell but I feel like my neck is just aging and it’s only been not even three weeks in the sun you can see weird wrinkles and lines everywhere it looks like someone scratched all over my neck and left skin color scratches I hope this does not make me look even older .

Hello yes it is much better my skin does look ugly went outside though in the sun you could see little tiny marks still and still numb under chin. The PA said it should all resolved but we’ll see.

Hello, I recently had ultherapy and I am having same welts issues. I want to know how is your condition now? did the welts go away? how is your skin? Do you think you have lost fats too?
I am very concerned, so I am looking for answers. My welts look exactly like yours.

Hey thanks for reaching out my welts took almost a few months to go away I almost wondered if I had some type of condition however my skin actually looks really nice and my neck is nice and tight I do notice a few marks that were left even though they say technically it doesn’t scar I feel like it did but it faded a lot. I recently just did cool sculpting on my chin area so we’ll see if that makes it even nicer but rest assured that this will go away it just takes a lot of time if you get lots of them. I was really scared but all is good now.

Thank you for the message. I had the Ultherapy 3 weeks ago. Never done any procedures before so didn't know what to expect. I did a lot of research before getting it and some people talk about welts. Most of them go away in a few weeks.
Since mine is taking longer (3 weeks now with little improvement), I started to get worried. As you mentioned, there's little talks on this, especially with pictures and I am so glad that I found your post.
I have keloid problems too so I was even scheduling with a dermatologist to check the welts.
Reading your message makes me less stressed and worried. Thank you.
I will be patient and wait for time to heal.

Yes trust me I am one of the worst Worriers in the world the PA prescribed me a stronger steroid cream which kind of helped. Avoid reading bad stories I had to stop I was worrying sick lol you’ll be fine. I went to a dermatologist also he helped reassured me also. The hardest part was not finding anyone with lots of pictures like mine so I’m glad I was able to help you out.
